Edward's Idiocy

I was standing with Jasper as we waited for Edward to come inside and face the consequences for his idiocy. Edward walked in with his head down looking somewhat ashamed of himself which made me look at Jasper. Rosalie spoke up first which was not at all surprising considering that she was the most vocal about the situation in the first place shortly followed by me and Jasper.

Jasper had his arm around my waist doing his best to keep me calm and I knew that I was about ready to blow considering the fact that black mist started to form around my hands. Rosalie looked at Edward before saying "what the absolute hell Edward. Why did you risk exposing all of us?"

Edward looked at all of us before saying "What would you have had me do? Let her die."

Jasper sighed "yes, if it keeps all of us safe." Me, Rosalie, and Emmett nodded in response not willing to risk ourselves and each other just for Edward's idiotic ideas.

I looked at Edward before saying "look Edward you know I have no problem telling you my feelings on Bella matter of fact I will say it to her face. But seriously it's not just you that's at risk but also me who's kind is constantly being hunted by vampires." I felt an arm coming around my waist and calmed down as I turned around and saw Jasper who was making sure that I didn't fly off the handle and attack Edward even though that was something that I really wanted to do.

I felt Jasper's send a wave of calm at me which made me a little annoyed because of the fact that he was trying to make me calm down when I really didn't want to. Edward looked at me "I'm sure that you're exaggerating and it wasn't that bad." I was floored as was Rosalie, Emmett, and Jasper.

I was standing here watching as Rosalie and Sebastian were taking the forefront of this argument with Edward when I along with almost everyone else was floored at Edward saying that Sebastian was exaggerating. I snarled at him along with Rosalie and Emmett as Sebastian growled at him before saying "oh fuck you Edward. I lost my entire family to vampires, I watched as my parents magic went out and never came back. I hid under my mother's bed for four hours to stay away from vampires. Did you know that they used to use gifts like mind control and bond creation to make my kind do what they want. Or even worse, they used to have powers that would put us in trance like sleeps or whatever and drink from us keeping us as their power banks. My people's bodies are on spikes in Volterra and in the catacombs because they refused to give our dead back to us. So don't tell me that it's an over exaggeration."

I felt Sebastian's anger as he said that and quite honestly I was having trouble keeping my own anger in check so I was going to have a hell of a time trying to keep everyone calm even with better control over my powers since drinking some human blood. Edward looked stunned while Sebastian just looked murderous about Edward's treatment of him and honestly I was feeling the same way. I glared at Edward "look Sebastian is my mate and I won't do anything to hurt him or allow anyone else to do anything to hurt him. Bella is only your blood singer so please for the love of god just drain her dry already."

Rosalie snorted at my bluntness as Sebastian shifted so that he could wrap his arms around me making me smile at him. Just his arms around me calmed me down as Emmett, Ben and Alice took turns yelling at Edward. Me and Sebastian sat down on the couch and he looked at me "are you ok Jasper?"

I nodded and just sat there as my entire family was yelling at each other. Carlisle spoke up then "Edward, they're right about you putting this entire family in danger with what you did. If she were to find out then then Volturi would come after us for it. It would put not only us but Sebastian in danger because of the fact that vampires come after him for his powers."

Edward nodded but still looked annoyed at the fact that everyone seemed to be going against him for what he did to save Bella. Sebastian just sighed before hugging closer to me and I knew that the memories were flashing behind his eyes because of the entire conversation. I held him closer to me but didn't say anything considering that this is a thing that he needs to do alone. I heard Edward huff before just walking away and all of us knew that he was annoyed but honestly I didn't particularly care.

Sebastian and I headed to my room where we collapsed on my bed before saying "I can't believe that Edward is so set on putting us all in danger and possibly destroying our family."

Sebastian nodded "yeah, I agree because those memories were not fun in the slightest to remember and Edward just seems desperate for love or someone to love." I nodded because he was most likely correct as Edward has been alone for most of his life. I mean considering the fact that Edward was currently a 109 year old virgin which definitely left some attitude problems. I kissed him hard before watching as he falls asleep just holding him and keeping him close and calm so that the memories didn't overwhelm him knowing that tomorrow at school was going to be an absolute disaster.
