Chapter 15

"They came out so great!" 

Lily says as i show her the pictures i had just finished developing. I wanted to get them developed as soon as possible so the very next day after the ball i did just that. Now one thing i had not expected to see was pictures of Sirius and i dancing together and kissing under the mistletoe. I have no clue who took the pictures but no one acted like they knew so i didnt say a word. I just put those pictures away in a safe spot

"They did didnt they?" I grin as she looks through them, "Your friends also took some while i went to the bathroom"

"I love them Bud!" She hugs me tightly before going over to her friends to show them. Of course they gushed over the pictures as well 

"Hey Bud," i turn and look to James as he stands in front of me looking a bit nervous, "I know youve seen Lily and i get married and we have a son together but i still want to ask. I would like your blessing to date Lily, only if she wants me of course. I wont force her or anything"

I smile at him and nod, "You have my blessing. Though i would say wait to ask her out till next year. Your doing well with her being just friends. Give her the rest of this year and the summer before asking her out again"

He nods and beams at me, "Of course. Also i wanted to see if you and Lily wanted to come over this summer. Seeing as this will most likely be our last year as carefree teens," his smile strains a bit as he says that, "We should make the most of it. My parents said everyone can come over. We can have fun and maybe even see the  Quidditch World Cup at the end of summer"

"Sounds fun, have to ask our parents of course," I pause for a moment as i think about the fact that this maybe the last summer we really get to spend time with our parents

Then again i know they will be busy with Petunia and her wedding thats coming up at the end of summer. Mum wants Lily and i there but Petunia doesnt want us there. Lily wants to go but also doesnt want to go and i defiantly dont want to go. That women hates Lily and i and treats Harry so poorly yet when she and her huband and son have to move away for there own safety she acts all upset and hurt that she lost a sister. It ticks me off

"Ill go right our mum and dad now. If need be we may go home then come over to your house at a later time so we can see our family before coming over"

"Sure, just let me know when you find out" 

I nod and head out of the Great Hall, which looked like the normal Great Hall again, and headed outside. I had put on a jacket and put a warming charm on myself before i had gone out. I walked in the untouched snow that had fallen the night before. I walked over to a tree and sat down against it and looked at the frozen Black Lake. I wanted to take a day, maybe this whole break, and just enjoy everything around me i could. Everyone takes Hogwarts for granted without realizing it and i know when i leave im going to miss this place. This place has truly become a second home for me

"I was wondering where you wondered off to"

I glance behind me and saw Sirius walk over to me before sitting down next to me. He had his leather jacket on and im sure he has a warming charm on himself too

"Im sure you easily found me with your map," he looked at me quickly making me laugh, "Yes i know about your map. Speaking of next year, close to the end of the year, you guys let Filch take the map. It eventually falls into the hands of the next age of pranksters"

"It does?" He now looked excited, "Is it James' boy? Its James boy isnt it?"

"No, a set of red headed twins who end up giving the map to James' son. The twins end up being the new pranksters with there friend. They even leave during there 7th year here at Hogwarts but they leave with a bang," i chuckle a bit and look back over the lake, "It was amazing to watch"

"So where are you in the future?" Sirius asks making my smile slowly fall, "You mention what happens to the rest of us. What happens to you?" 

"I suffer a fate far worst then death," i tell him without looking at him

"What could be worst then death?" 

I slowly turn my head and look at him, "Tom finds out im a seer and forces me to looking into the future. He forces me to force visions. What you saw last year becomes permanent. I become forever trapped in that state that you lot found me in"

He frowns as he watches me. Clearly he wanted to know more but i didnt want to tell him anything else so i changed the subject, "James wants Lily and i to come over this summer"

"You both should," he says with a smile and looks ahead at the lake before grabbing my hand and holding it but he shoves our hands into his pocket so its hidden from sight, "It would be nice having you around for the summer"

I smile and move closer to him but lean back on the tree, "I think Lily and i will go home for a bit before we come over, as long as our parents agree. We need to spend time with our parents before next year"

He doesnt say anything else and we fall into a comfortable silence. His hand holding mine loosed a bit the longer he held it but he never let go. I knew this was all knew to him. He didnt know how to handle a relationship, not that i did, so i didnt mind going slow and testing the waters. I wanted to enjoy these small moments when we could get them
