Chapter 2

I sat in the library alone reading. It was my free time and i was planning on studying and practicing as much as i could this year. Already a month into school and i was already feeling myself get ahead of the goals i set for myself.

My reading was paused, however, when i noticed a figure come into the library and slump into a seat. Looking him over i realised it was Sirius and he looked to be pouting. I always found it quite cute when he pouted. Always reminded me of a puppy

Grabbing a small parchment and write on it asking if he was ok before soing a wordless charm that made the parchment turn into a bird and fly over to him.

He take the parchment bird and ungolds it before looking around. Once his eyes land on me he stands up and walks over to me, while pouting, thne slumps into the chair across from me and puts his chin on the table, eyes casted down, shoudler slouching, and every other sign of pouting right there. I had to fight back the urge to kiss him

"Im lonely......."

"I though you had every class with at least 1 of your friends"

"Not Muggle Studies........and thats not the only lonely i mean......."

Smiling i little i reach over and gently pet Sirius in a playful way yet he closed his eyes and leaned into my touch like a wounded, attention starved dog would. Chuckling softly i kept petting him as i let my eyes go back to reading

"Maybe you should learn not to just use girls and actually form a relationship with someone"

"Thats easier said then done," he mutters and looks away but keeps his head on my hand

I stopped my reading again and just watched Sirius. I only knew about Sirius from what ive heard. From what i know he has a younged brother that his bother adores while she hates Sirius. His father has never really been around for him. All of his family is from Slytherin while he was put into Gryffindor. He spends every Christmas break either here or with James. Finally i know he has never once committed to a single person besides his little group of friends and even with thme James is the one he most committed to and Peter was the least. It was like i was hit with a book on the head. Of course he wouldnt comit to a girl

"I have this class time free. Why dont we go pull a prank?"

His head shot up so fast im surprised he didnt fall out of his chair

"Really? Goody toe shows Ravenclaw wants to prank???"

"Shush!!"

I glance at the librarian while Sirius ignores her. Smirking i take my book and motion for him to follow.

He didnt seem to have any problems following as i led him out of the library however i stop him just outisde the doors, hust our of sight. I then point my wand inti the library and do a wordless charm before grabbing Sirius' hand anx dargging him away from the door and around a corner.

Not even a minute later the librarian, who has never spoken above a whisper, shouts loudly. Sirius went to look but i put mg hand on his chest stopping him. A minute later book literally flew past us. Hundreds of books. Every book minus the restrictioned ones.

I then grab Sirius' shirt and yank him behind a statue where we hide as the librarian runs after the last few straggling books.

The further the books got the more shouts you could hear as the books went into classrooms, storage rooms, bathrooms, ect.

I couldnt help but laugh once i knew the clost was clear and step out from behind the statue

"How could i have never thought of that?!" Sirius shouts before grinning at me, "How could you have never helped us!?"

"You guys never asked," i wipe away a stray tear and grin at Sirius, "Come on. Lets go see the destruction i caused"

For the rest of the class period we walked the halls watching books fly around and chuckle as Filch tried to help catch the books. We werent the only ones laughing however i nearly fell over when i saw one book humping a girls head as she screamed

"Sirius! Its you as book!" What made it even funnier was the book was about stars and i couldnt help but thing of the Sirius stars

Sirius chuckled a bit at that and helped keep my up right. He then help me run when we saw Professor McGonagall round the cornee looking furious. Of course she would know Sirius was involved in some way and if she saw me with him she'd know i did the charm. I am, after all, great in her glass

"Come on, in here," Sirius pulls a tortch on the wall and suddenly a door open

Not givin any time to process what i just saw Sirius yanks me in, closes the door, and we're walking down a dark dusty tunnel

"I know Hogwarts had secret passages"

"Ya, there are loads of them. Ill talk to the others, maybe they will let you join our group"

"Thansk but im not for joing groups. Ill be your friend but your best friend wants to shack my sister. Cant really be in a group with him"

"I get it, but you know-"

"I know. I can see he care for her yet he doesnt seem to show any signs of growing up. If he would just grow up a bit and act at least a little mature around her then i wouldn't hex him every time hex touched her"

"Wait, that was you??" He stops walking and looks to me wide eyed

"Who else would it be?" I raise an eyebrow at his slow ness seeing as ive been doing it since first year

"We always thought it was Snellville"

My eyes narrow at the nickname and i fight the urge to hex him seeing as i dont know my way around the tunnles
