For people who's hard to process the plot of the story:
The Author named Krisha Espela was left by her first love named Ashrell Mina and moved in to Oregon U.S.A for the operation in heart disease and it was a severe case for the guy. She's a writer and she wrote everything that she wanted to do with Ashrell and created the character named Xianna Estillar so that she could express how many things she wanted to achieve with the guy.
The story focuses to her story and not to her own waiting process because she wanted to show to everybody who is she and why did she created the story, some parts were added and some parts were realistic. You might notice the somehow words in the story which is.
'I wish this story was really happening.' or 'I wish this is true' The author-Krisha Misprinted the narrations and monologues because she was emotional writing the story. The Epilogues shows how many years she waited to Ash even there's a lot of people out there that she could be with.
Epilogue tells the readers how much she love Ash, until Ash came back and be with her until she already got everything and be successful.
In reality Ash was using the real name and the twin brother was using the name 'Dash' but his true name is Angelo Mark Mina.
