~Back to time~

The two friends left the cafe, charged with renewed energy and saying goodbye to Ari.

They didn't saw each other for almost two years, since they just started a job and were busy all day long.

Not like they weren't at the moment, but it seemed like now was the point of time, they slowly got used to it.

"It's great that she gave us her number since she got a new one."

Ilwoo mentioned this completely neutrally this time and without an ambiguous undertone.

The blond stared at his phone and remembered how hard it had been for him to ask his best friend out yesterday.

After this long period he felt guilty for not even congratulating Haru on his last birthday.

That's when he decided  to just bite the bullet and visiting him after a short message at work.

Both walked by a few buildings and instead of moving back to the car they headed to the park, where they often met together in the past.

The past was winsome, unless you didn't pay attention to the bad things which happened.

The here and now seemed like you could change it, depanding on the next step you would take.

But this was wrong.

In todays society everything is reduced down to your occupation and how much money you make.

Everything of this points will descide how you will be treaten and how they expect from you to interact with other people.

Arrived at the park the two sat down on a red painted and old looking bench.

"You remember this place, right?"

The elder questioned remembering the past like it was yesterday.

"Yes Hyung. I do."

Ilwoos plump lips got surrounded by a smile and he looked past a big pine tree, resting there alone on the big green meadow.

"Hyunggg...Help me please. I can't get down."

I stood up from the red bench, helping myself by leaning on my knees.

I just had a small but nice pep talk with the girl I've met half an hour ago and now apologized for the circumstances.

"Wait Ilwoo, I'll be right there. Hold on to the upper left branch until I'm with you."

I saw the blond haired how he had a hard time not to fall down.

Sometimes I thought his behaviour was really childish, even for his age.

But I still liked him a lot.

My feet sprinted towards the big tree like in a marathon, while hearing the amused chuckle from the girl I left behind.

My feet stepped on the little rock which was directly under the great pine tree and I lifted my right hand, trying to reach Ilwoos.

"Grap my hand." I ordered

"I'm scared Hyung." He whimpered back and I sighed.

"Trust me Ilwoo. I won't let you fall down, just grap my hand. i'll catch you."
