~chapter thirty nine~

POV Yejun

I felt the older boy's thighs beneath me.

I wasn't aware of why I was bending my body forward on my own.

However, I was sure it had something to do with the cheers and the effects of the alcohol.

"Kiss, kiss, kiss..."

My lips moved freely in the direction of the others.

I wasn't attracted to the blond or maybe wouldn't even have asked him for a friendship when I was sober.

But I was stunned by the warmth of the liquid fire that seemed to rush through my veins.

My mind was turned off.

Had I forgotten that I detested human company?

And now I was sitting on one and making out with him like I had never done anything else.

The blonde put his hands on my shoulders and pulled me closer.

I let him.

Before he kissed me, however, my lips traveled to his tendon-riddled neck, which was now also tense.

It felt wrong as my lips brushed the hot skin and sent light shivers through my body.

The otherwise homophobic crowd, as I judged the guys, was excited to see what they might have hated on without the alc.

"Ilwoo!..." The boy below me faltered and looked up puzzled. I, too, thought better of it and only now noticed the situation I was in.

I jumped up quickly.

I would have preferred to let it be, because at the same moment my circulation was switched off, a flickering appeared in my vision and I fell on the floor, dizzy from the intoxication.

I was aware of what happened next because I wasn't passed out.

But because I had closed my eyes, I could no longer see into which hands I had fallen.

They lifted me up powerfully.

"Yejun...are you okay?"

My eyes wanted to open to identify a person's voice, but I was too weak.

Contrary to my usual behavior, I now clung to what was closest.

It felt like the strap of a very thin top and I grabbed it like it was my last resort.

"I'll take him to a quieter place quickly. „

Someone seemed to have just nodded silently.

Because the person started to move.

I could feel gentle but firm footsteps.

It got a little colder, probably because all the people were behind us now.
