SO remember how i made the 2012 tmnt version bio's for Nevaeh Draken and Harper's parents well....i had to make rottmnt versions of them I HAD TO. Anyway here is Nevaeh Draken and Harper's mother Libitina. Now again in different tmnt movies or series the characters don't always have to look the same as they are in a different series or movie, so thats what i did with this design of Libitina. I kept her colors the same but changed her hair and her fin shapes. Also i gave her more of an armor ninja clothing. And again her clothing colors are suppose to represent her lover's colors (aka Nevaeh Draken and Harper's dad Calian). I also gave her spikes near her cheeks and gave her horns on her head.
