Sonic The Hedgehog: Dark-Bright

[PILOT ARC] Chapter 16: It's all about the duality.

Dijon was kicked off the building by Double, Sonic noticed his scream, and decided to rush at the abandoned to that building.

South raider couldn't think less but defend himself with a decorative pole stick. ''Listen.. you ghosts.. you better leave us be..!"'

Double laughed. ''Oh..? and..? what else.. your luck is about to expire, my strength is one of the most supreme!''

Then a blue blur reached the top, and caught all of them by a surprise. ''Heh.''

Double chuckled. ''Must be these children that Lank told, he isn't a Balancer..''

Sonic was puzzled by this. ''What is Balancer.. you guys seem weird for .. giving my friend such a ridiculous nickname.''

Double took yet another laugh. ''You see, hedgehog.. you only lived in the  mortal world.. so you don't understand any of our words.. but who care's my strength will slam all of you!''

Sonic gave a thumbs up to him. ''I'd like you see try, big strength or not.. I've fought similar builted people like you.''

''Enough of the nuisances!"' Double swinged his fists to Sonic, and he'd dodged in a out of instant. After that Sonic just vanished out of his point of view.

Double gotten himself a worried look. ''Huh.. where did he go..?''

''THERE!"' Sonic approached him out of the blue, and used his charged kick into his face.

But that damage didn't do anything. And Double knocked Sonic near the ledge.

''Darn.. he must have a one heck of a tough body.'' Sonic stood up, but that hit he receive was half-bad for him.

Double crossed his both arms. ''Even if your speed is superior, you cannot harm me in any way!''

''If.. i can used that Sword again.. man.. how does Dijon can call this sword like whatever he wants..''

His target tried to hit him again. But Sonic dodged it fair easily.

''I know..''

Sonic then stood up to him, and kneeled upon him. ''I surrender..''

He was confused. ''Y-you.. surrender..?''

''Of course, i surrender! your strength surpasses mine.. so.. i'll allow you to kick that building away for it.''

Cream suddenly bursted out her voice. ''Mr.Sonic! please don't do it, you gotta save me.. and i just want all of this to be over..''

Sonic would do a cheerful smile. ''Everything.. must come to an halt.''

Sonic then just stooded there, leaving him open wide.

''Hah.. you accept your defeat.. guess i'll wreck you out of my way!''

Double flexed up his muscles, and did a powerful blow to Sonic and he was launched far away into the sky, the whole crowd stood there behind him and he'd suddenly vanished into a thin air.

''That serves his right! Lark would be proud.. i already defeated these two pesky hedgehogs!" He'd took a loud laugh, he thought he was victorious.

''guess we're  dead...'' South Raider was out of his hope.

Then Double saw someone climbing back to stairs, it was Dijon.. but he looked bit dirty from that fall. ''I'm still alive..''

''Ghost Hero is back?!'' South Raider was impressed by Dijon's feat.

Double clinched his teeth. ''Whatever.. your power alone cannot defeat me.. I'm unbeatable in your point of view!"
