[ANOTHER-WORLD ARC] Chapter 28: Love of Fortune

All of them were putten in a harsh situation, sure it was all surprise, but they got their luck ended, It was an army of the Deminins, they haven't realized that there could be this many of them. Dijon would look at it and tries to think of any ideas.

''I haven't expected this, And they aren't slimes either, they are mechanical advanced spirit robots..!" He shouted.

''Spirit... Robots..? Never could imagine a robot can be also a spirit, it feels so strange.'' Knuckles seemed to not get the whole thing the Deminins.

''We are completely surrounded... is there a way to win..?'' Amy looked like she was a bit in panic.

''Deminins can only be dealt with the Sword I carry, sorry.. but I'll handle this battle alone.'' Dijon is given his bravery in fighting the whole army, and so he summons the Sword.

Satsugai interrupted him a bit. ''Are you sure, bud..?  You're stronger than them, but it's about the numbers... You're the only one who can use this power, but either way... All we can do is just go all for one.''

''I'll try it, I haven't been given this much challenge for a quite while now.!'' He raised his sword and charged at the Deminins.  The Sword was trusted and the Deminins were going down, one by the slice, the process was a bit slow, as his attacks weren't focused on attacking all of them at once. Suddenly, Fatigue would on Dijon, he suddenly felt weaker, and the enemies began taking advantage, and the attacks that he received were clever so, Dijon launched far away and he landed flat. 

''Ugh..'' It seems that he is about to lose consciousness again.

Knuckles walked up to him, he seemed worried. ''Dude.. you're pushing it way too hard, even if you think it's possible to take it down by your magical sword or whatever, we don't here just came here and watch your show..! come on... it's literally impossible to win alone.''

''You don't understand... Deminins are much different from the Badniks, they are nothing like them at all... It's like trying to give a boxing match with a ghost, it won't do anything! So it's best.. to just depend on me for now, even if I'm in a state like this..'' He puffed.

That cranky old man gave a sigh. ''That's what he said, it's useless..! My newly recruited crooks.. are totally will be useful to my party, heck... I take them over these useless toys..!''

''I refuse Dijon's request, though he may be our leader.. we still have put an effort to save him, no matter what. Even if he thinks that Deminins are able to kill with special powers, doesn't mean.. others can't... We'll find another way of defeating it, right Knuckles..?'' Amy cheered her cheeks up, and walked in front of Knuckles.

''Uhh... You don't carry  your hammer.''

''Right... I'm useless.'' Amy took a sudden mood jump, from being energetic to a more hopeless look.

''I'll handle them, Pretty sure.. they won't bite me hard, as I see they are becoming more vicious.. they are even growing some teeth on them..! That's.. totally surreal..'' Knuckles looked at them, they have given an even more threatening look to them.

He crunched his fists, and He takes a run into them, and He did a fist of consecutive punches onto them, it seemed to scratch them a bit, but it wasn't a lot of effort, and He was suddenly jumped by them onto him, One used an electric crawler arm, it looked like a crab's arm, so Knuckles was trapped, so the electric waves were activated, making Knuckles being electro-shocked. Then a second Deminin came out, then Knuckles was released until to being jump-kicked by a Deminin whose style is more used to using kick-based moves. He was totally beaten, but even though he wasn't given chance, as he was bitten by a pesky robot, this time the King commanded him to stop, as he was sure to give a bit of his mercy.
