Some time passed, and everyone had the chance to take a moment to rest. But after thirty minutes had gone by, it was time for another lecture. Aeon arrived, taking his seat as the others prepared to take notes. He let out a hearty chuckle before speaking, "Ah, it's good to see everyone gathered here once again. Now, let's begin with lesson two. This time, we'll delve deeper into things you should all know."

He flipped a page, revealing a set of drawings.

In response, Sonic looked at the drawings, clearly puzzled

In response, Sonic looked at the drawings, clearly puzzled. "What... is that?"

Aeon scratched his head. "Apologies for rushing ahead. These are what we call Denimins. I'll explain what they actually are."

The rest of them nodded, eager to hear more. "Denimins are like us, or rather, they were like us. They're born from souls that don't move on to the afterlife. They manifest as a distorted version of themselves, a rebellious spirit. Each of us has some hidden rebellious spirit, a potential Denimin within us."

"Ego? I'm not sure I understand. So, we all have a Denimin inside us?" Dijon questioned.

"They only appear when we're consumed by sorrow. When a person goes to the afterlife, the spirit resists, and if it takes over, the Denimin becomes the new host."

Knuckles chimed in, raising his hands. "And what about the other drawings? They seem to vary in size and appearance."

"Ah, let me go into more detail. Denimins can take many forms, like the Soulners. They're divided into three groups."

"The first group is the most common. They have a basic appearance, with blue skin and minimal features. They're the weakest. The second group is called 'Armadura.' They're stronger, capable of wielding weapons. They play an important role in leading Denimin groups, but they're not the strongest."

Amy pointed at the drawings. "I see it now. There's one Denimin with a strange golden emblem."

Dijon added, "Cyrus."

"Yes, you're right. They're among the strongest Denimins, known as 'Emperadors.' If you see a Denimin with that emblem, be cautious. Even with my training, they pose a significant threat."

Dijon gasped. "That explains why i couldn't defeat Cyrus. But he spared us."

"It's unusual for an Emperador to show mercy," Aeon mused, intrigued by Cyrus' behaviour.

"He seemed nice, and his teammates weren't hostile either. He even warned us back in Sunset Hill's dimension," Amy recalled.

Sonic interjected, "That reminds me of when we fought Denimins, and they kidnapped Tails."

Amy's eyes lit up. "Oh, right! That does ring a bell."

Knuckles pondered, "Shouldn't Tails have undergone the same training as us since he wields a Soul Weapon?"

Aeon answered, "I spoke with him a few days ago."

He recounted his conversation with Tails, explaining the request he made for him to train with Ages, leading into the flashback.

''So, you probably heard.. that many of your friends are currently training with me, what about you..? they told me, you can wield a Soul weapon.''

''I do... but.. not sure if I am really worthy.. like, will I really be useful..?'' as it said by this, Tails seem devoid of himself, but then Aeon walked on him closely.

''Although... it's late for you, they'll get done with my training in a few days, so... I can give you a request.''

''Request..?'' the fox, stood there, not knowing what the request is.

 ''Ah... follow me..''

After the flashback, Dijon commented, "So, Tails is training with Ages. Interesting."

"Yes, he confronted me after your visit."

Sonic voiced his concern, "Will Tails be alright?"

"Ages is gentler than me, and Tails will be fine. I told him  to teach the basics of using Regi energy with a Soul Weapon."

Amy waved at Aeon. "So, are our lessons over? It feels more like casual conversation now."

"You're right. It's our final day. Amy and Knuckles joined partway, but you'll all grow strong enough to protect yourselves." Aeon closed his notebook.

"What about now? Are we adjusting to life without parents?" Dijon asked, his frustration evident.

"Patience, Dijon. Time will tell."

Suddenly, footsteps were heard, and Tails appeared. "Hey! How's everyone doing?"

Sonic rushed over to him, grinning. "Great to see you! How was your training?"

Tails scratched his head. "Not bad. I wanted to use my Soul Weapon properly, so I trained to match your level."

''That's.. what I expect from a great genius like you Tails, now... let's go, everyone..!''

With Tails' return, their training was officially complete. Hours later, Aeon hosted a small party, and as sunset approached, everyone left the house. Sonic remained, leaning against the wall. Knuckles joined him, puzzled by his presence. "Shouldn't you have left? It was decided that only I would live here."

Sonic grinned, "It's not that. I still need his guidance."

"Guidance? Our training is done. We have Fission-Z gadgets boosting our potential, according to an old teacher."

"I know, but I'm amazed. When I first fought Aeon, he glowed blue and outsped me. I want to learn that technique!"

Aeon overheard and approached them. "I heard that. Do you want to learn one of the Style techniques? Don't be hasty. Style changes are for those experienced with Soul Weapons."

"I understand. Why don't we have a rematch, Aeon?" Sonic challenged.

Aeon considered. "Alright, but only if it lasts until dawn or until you're defeated."

"I accept." Sonic readied his Soulblade, entering his Soulficated state.

And so, they engaged in battle once again. Aeon unsheathed his sword, and Sonic drew his own. The fight continued, with Aeon warning Sonic that Style techniques required experience.

As the battle raged on, Aeon noticed Sonic's persistence and approached him, whispering, "Your determination is admirable. Keep pushing."

As dawn broke, both fighters were exhausted, but Aeon acknowledged Sonic's growth. "You've improved. You have the spirit of a true fighter."
