It was a normal day, the sun shined bright, and the birds sang. Then, someone stepped on the grass and proceeded to run. The figure ran at the high speed, and the animals were shocked to the surprise, then it was revealed, that it was a familiar blue hedgehog, and so did that hedgehog stop as he glared at the sky.
''Nothing beats it! the morning warm-up was awesome!'' he said, with an excited expression.
He took a few steps, before looking at the view that showed the full length of the town that he lives in. ''Phew...! That was some morning exercise, it's time to meet Tails!''
He would later race off from the grassy fields and run through the forest and arrive at the town.
Sonic walked through the streets, he saw that yellow fox person, figure seemed to be an important person to him. ''Sup, Tails!" Sonic gave a wave to him
''Oh, Morning Sonic.'' said Tails.
''So, are you feeling it well?'' Sonic tapped his foot while looking at his wrist.
''Absolutely fine!'' Tails responded to Sonic.
''Heh! that's good to hear! so, what's with your inventions? did you come off with new ideas?'' he said.
''Well, I actually did have new plans for making new inventions, but they are only just blueprints'' Tails moved his hand to the right muzzle as he said that.
''Awesome, can I come to your laboratory?'' Sonic felt confident.
''Of course! let's go together then!'' Tails had a happy expression as he said that.
Sonic and Tails followed each other and moved east side of the town, but before they would get there, they meet a pink hedgehog.
''Hey, guys!'' She said it happily
''Glad to meet you, Amy, it's been a while!'' Tails gave a welcome wave to her
''Oh! And Hi there, Sonic!'' Amy looked at Sonic.
''Sup, Amy!'' Sonic said.
''Did you really miss me, Sonic?'' Amy fixed her gaze on Sonic even more...
''Hahaha... of course, I did!'' Sonic gave a thumbs up
''I'm glad it then!'' Amy said it
''So, Amy will you join me and Tails, to see his awesome new projects?'' Sonic did a small glare at the laboratory when he was saying.
''I'm sorry Sonic, but not today. Well, I would be glad to join you two... but the problem is that I don't have time! since, you know... I am busy.'' Amy told about how busy she is today
''Ah, I see! well, pretty sure you'll have free time, next time!'' Sonic said it
''Then see you later, guys!'' Amy waved at them as she walked farther from them
''See ya!'' Sonic and Tails both said it.
''Well, pretty sure it goes to the most fun part, isn't it Tails?'' Sonic gave an excited smile before staring at the Tails'' laboratory
''Yeah!'' Tails said it back.
Together they two entered the lab, Tails did some little jogs and put all the newest blueprints at the table, and let Sonic see it.
Sonic glared at those blueprints ''They look fantastic! I really like the one who is on the left!'' Sonic had so much interest in Tails' newest projects.
