[ANOTHER-WORLD ARC] Chapter 32: Digital Problems

So, Shadow faced the giant mech. He then pulled and gathered the energy, and shouted.

''CHAOS...''

But as he was about to land a technique, it was interrupted by a voice, and it said those words; ''Someone... Help me..''

The Blue hedgehog heard the voice and was focused on that. ''You fight that big Badnik off, I'm going to look for a person that needs arms in the help!"'

He looked. ''Then you're going alone, I need to take down that  enemy by myself!''

Sonic ran into the curiosity, he ran past the hallway and entered the room, which seem like one big prison cell. ''No way!  did people were really  held there...?''

Then he looked, and he saw a familiar figure, it was Cream. She was imprisoned in her, by the digitalized bars, she shouted. ''Mr.Sonic!"'

''Cream?! I never expected to see you there, man..! can't believe that Eggman has gone far to even imprison you, wait.. where is your mother?''

She sadden it down and made a tear. ''She's... been taken to a city.. that mean doctor, said it's Route 90.''

''Oh no! She's been transported to a completely different dimension! but why would he do such a thing..?!'' It seemed Sonic really seemed questionable on Eggman's morals.

''He.. said... that  one of Sonic's friends had been collecting the chaos emeralds, so I decide to amp the difficulty, so it would make the game more interesting, that's what he said.''

''More... INTERESTING..?! screw with that! I won't let him make innocents suffer, we must collect all of the emeralds, and face him, and oh.. find our lost comrades.''

''That's the way!'' Cream jumped as he was relieved that Sonic was with her, the hope is restored. But the excitement lived shortly, as an alarm activated, and swat bots arrived, it looked bulky, and approached Sonic.

''Darn it.. enemies..! guess I have no choice but to fight..!'' Sonic threw a fist as a warning and headed for an opening strike. He'd attacked the swat's both they just reflected his attack, and he launched forward away. 

''UWA!'' Sonic drifted away from it, but he quickly recovered, but then they began charging at him, so he used a multitude of homing attacks, it scratched them, but they weren't defeated that quickly.

he stood up there and looked a bit panted. ''Whow, they are tough foes.. so, that's how you lend an enemy do his plan for a one year, huh... I shall hit them with my special attack!'' 

Charged a spin dashed, and Sonic launched at them, but one of the bots pulled off a shield and knocked him away, it was a failed attempt. ''Gaah..''

Then swat bots kept dealing hits on him, but they weren't lucky, as Sonic escaped their beatdown-like attacks, then Sonic had an idea.

''They are strong, but... can they know how they would stand against the Soul weapon, I have!'' Sonic then summoned his blade and was ready to fight them with stronger arms. He rushed at the bots, they tried to knock him again but Sonic tricked it, by going to a higher velocity, where they couldn't see him, and after that one of the bot's heads were sliced in half, then it landed.

''It worked, like butter.!'' Sonic said as he looked at the sword.

The last one headed down to him, but it seemed like it was running faster, meaning it is harder to attack the bot.

''Guess.. I'll just charge at you, and win!'' he charged his speed, and launched at the bot, he pointed the sword at it, then it began glowing in a strange zig-zag-like wind formation. Sonic looked at it and was amused by how it appeared, then he'd pierced through the bot's core with that special attack, making it down, after all the swats were down it was clear that one held prison's keys, so he picked the key.
