I blink open my eyes with a hiss of pain. New burns. Felix's spot in the bed is empty, sometimes he goes to sleep in the other room. I ask him why, and he says that I'm a crazy sleeper. Which is practically code word for my nightmares keep him awake at night.

This time the burn looks like a hand-print. Like someone's hand was grabbing at my sides and didn't let go. I sit up, my eyes watering with the pain that laces up my side, and head downstairs. Felix is making something while wearing a weird pink pretty apron. While it's sad that Amy bought that, I'd consider it a fashion disaster, I can't help but laugh at Felix in the lacy pink thing. He looks pretty damn sexy yet adorably innocent at the same time.

I want to kiss him.

"Ey, what are you cooking? Good morning, by the way." I come up behind him, planting a kiss on his neck. He smiles and turns around in my arms. He smiles and plants a kiss on my cheek. I turn his head and kiss him on the mouth instead. He sighs but wraps his hands around my waist when I press him up against the cabinets. He laughs in a breathy way when I pull back. Pewdie's face is flushed and I can tell he's flustered and maybe a little turned on.

Same.

"Hey, would you mind if I maybe screwed you over this table right now?" I ask and he turns even redder. I try to go in for another kiss but he moves away. Deciding to forget about the burns from this morning, I just focus on my pretty boy ninja stud of a boyfriend.

"Piggeh is coming over in a little bit, Cry. We can't do anything until after." I frown but move away. Cock blocked by mister pink is the new black. Go-fucking-figure.

"Well, doesn't he know the best timing?" I sighs but start to untie the apron's knot. "At least take off the apron. For some reason it makes me want to kiss you."

"What the fuck how is this apron a turn-on?" Asks Felix, and I can tell he's trying to keep it together. "You're a weirdo." I cross my arms and roll my eyes, watching him make the eggs and hash browns.

"It's not just the apron. I have a natural love for people who feed me?" He laughs and rolls his eyes, but lets me take off the apron. "Is it okay if I buy you more shit like that 'cause you look pretty damn adorable. Like, you could totally wear-" The doorbell rings. I give Pewdie a glare, but he just gives me a suggestive wink.

"We'll talk about your weird fetishes later and return to what we were doing later." He says, touching my hand. "I'll go get the door. You finish making the eggs." Felix walks out of the room, and I watch his as- I mean, I watch him leave keeping my eyes off of his a-class butt. Picking up the spoon I mix up the eggs, totally knowing what I'm doing. Felix and Piggeh enter the room together a minute later. They both are already smiling and chatting. Looking back, I remember how I beat up Piggeh the first day we met. Now I can't even remember why I did that in the first place.

I frown to myself. How long ago was that? A few months, maybe? I'm not even sure how much time has passed since my life went nuts. I'm not even sure what month or day it is.

"Felix, are they supposed to be... black looking?" I ask and he facepalms. I burned the eggs a little when I was deep in thought.

"Leave it to you to burn eggs, Cry." He rolls his eyes and takes the spoon out of my hand. "Go talk to Piggeh. I'll make you bacon if you cooperate ."

"Bacon?" I ask in a whisper voice.

"Bacon," he confirms.

I get up and go to Piggeh.

"I'm here to look at your burns, Cry," he says grinning up at me. "So take off your shirt, sexy, and be quick with it." I smile and throw out my hip a little, mirroring Felix. He gives me a thumbs up.

"I'm taken." But I take off my shirt anyway and sit down while he examines my chest. Felix is smiling at the eggs and Piggeh is grinning, too. And I realize that me being in generally a good mood has just effected everyone around me. I sit there with a dumb half-smile (for some reason, smiles are coming awfully easy today) and watch Piggeh poke at my wounds. Occasionally, I give a hiss or yelp of pain but try not to show how much they're hurting me. Even though half of my body is covered in them.

"Well, they're actually looking better. No new ones, I see." I hesitate, but nod. He must have missed the one across my chest from this morning, but that's okay. "They should all be healed in the new two weeks or so. The third-degree ones are looking surprisingly well for the way they were only a few days ago. All in all, you're getting better." I nod and smile but suddenly my good mood starts to slow down. It doesn't feel like I'm getting better. My chest feels like it's in more and more pain every day.

"Thanks, Piggeh." He nods and claps a hand on my shoulder.

"No problem. Just make sure you sleep a bunch." He looks at the bacon Felix made and smiles. "Can I stay for breakfast?" I look at Felix and wink. He looks away with a blush.

"Sorry, we have plans. You don't mind, do you?" Piggeh grins, giving me an out-of-sight fist bump.

"No, I don't mind at all!" Piggeh puts his jacket back on and starts to leave. "You guys are coming to Genia's tonight, right?" Both Felix and I nod. "Cool, and one more thing."

"Hm?"

"USE PROTECTION."
