2 years later:
Me and derek talked about moving to a bigger place but decided against it.

Instead, he just paid to get a wall built in the apartment and he made lilia her own bedroom so she has privacy. We decided to move in a year or two.

I sigh, my head in my hands as I sit on the couch. He walks in the apartment. "Daddy!" Lilia runs over to him. "Hello my darling!" He picks her up. She giggles as he kisses her cheek a bunch of times.

I wipe my eyes quickly and get up, going to the kitchen before he walks over.

"Hi baby" he says. We're in an argument right now. He fired me the other day. He fired me. Me. His wife.

"I got you a present" he says. Damn it. I can't ignore him now. "What is it?" I turn around. "Come here" he holds his arms open. I jump ontop of him, straddling his lap. He smiles.

"I am really sorry" he says. "I know.. I-I shouldn't have shouted at you infront of everyone" I look down. That's why he fired me.

He reaches into his bag, pulling out a mcdonalds. I grin. "Thankyou derek" I giggle, kissing his cheek, sitting next to him instead.

"Lils! Got your favourite" he says. She runs over. He picks her up, sitting her on the bed next to us. "Thanks dada" she takes the burger.

Lilia is the most beautiful little girl. She has wavy brown hair, freckles all over her nose and cheeks and greeny blue eyes. She looks just like Derek.

"No! Baby, I've told you before.. you need to cut it up for her" I take it off of her, passing it back to derek. He rolls his eyes, splitting it into quarters.

"Here you go" he passes it back to her. She eats it. "What did you do today daddy? Did you shoot any bad guys?" She asks. "Not today baby" he smiles, holding her small foot in his hand.

He grins as she holds up her fingers like a gun, pretending to shoot it. "Pew pew!" She says. "Don't aim it at me!" He teases. She giggles. "It not real daddy" she shakes her head.

"I want my job back" I say. "No" he says. He hugs lilia. She giggles as she lays back onto the bed and he rests his head on her small stomach.

"Derek" I say. "What do you think munchkin, do I give mommy her job back?" He asks. He looks at her. "Ummm" she sits up.

"No" she says. "Lilia Rose shepherd" I say. "You said no to milkie" she says. "What?" Derek chuckles. "God, she's obsessed with my boobs" I say.

I stopped breast feeding 4 months ago. I fed her from the bottle before stopping because I figured she was too old to be doing it straight from the nipple, but she did not want to stop.

"I get that" Derek says, looking at my boobs. I glare at him. "Just show her your damn boobs" he says. "No!" I giggle.

"Boobas" she pulls on my top. "But mama boobies where milk from" she grabs onto my neck, holding onto me. Derek's laughing a lot.

"You want milk?" I ask. She jumps up and down on the bed excitedly. I get up and go to the kitchen. I warm up just some regular milk for her.

I pass it to her. "Mama that so good.. much better than boobie" she says. I frown, kinda offended. Derek chuckles as he sees my face.

"I wanna see your boobies still" Derek says. I glare at him. He grins. He kisses my lips.

"Dada try this" she stands on the bed, giving him her bottle. He drinks it. "That's good" he says. She nods enthusiastically. I chuckle softly.

"Mommy you can have your job back now" she says. "Thankyou sweetheart" I say sarcastically.

"I need sleep now" she says. "Okay princess, go and get your pyjamas" he says. He helps her down from the bed and goes to her room with her. They come back with her pyjamas and he helps her get changed.

He takes her to the bathroom and helps her brush her teeth. "Good girl" he picks her up, carrying her back in.

"Nooo.. sleep with mommy daddy" she says as he takes her to her room. "No, you're sleeping in your bed today" I say. "No, mommy!" She whines. "Please mama" she says.

"Please mommy.. Pleeeaassseee" Derek grins. I glare at him. They both do puppy dog eyes. "Fine" I say.

"Yay!" They both say. She giggles as derek jumps up and down as they both do their happy dance. I roll my eyes.

I get up. I pull off my top. "Boobies!" Derek says. She giggles hysterically. "Dada funny" she says. I put on one of Derek's shirts. I pull off my leggings, wearing just Derek's shirt, a sports bra and some panties.

Derek puts lilia on the middle of our bed. He gets changed into some pyjama bottoms.

We both climb into bed after turning off the lights, her between us. She soon falls asleep.

"Baby" he whispers. I look at him. "Be at work 10am tomorrow.. if you ever disrespect me like that again at work, you'll regret it.. understand?" He whispers. "Understood" I whisper.

He kisses my lips. "Goodnight darling.. I love you" he says. "I love you" I whisper. He closes his eyes, kissing lilias head before snuggling into his pillow and eventually falling asleep. I fall asleep soon after.

So, time jump.. I wanna end this story soon I think
