Meredith has been in bed the whole day. She isn't ill but she said she's feeling down. I want to cheer her up.

I grab my keys and leave. I go to the shop, grab all her favourite snacks, some flowers and a Teddy bear and drive back home.

I walk in and go over to her. "Hi babe" she sighs, sitting up as she sees me. "Hey, I got you some things to hopefully make you feel better" I pass her the bag. She looks through it.

She tears up, looking up at me. "Thankyou der" she reaches her arms up to me. I sit next to her and hug her tight.

"I love you" she says. "I love you too, amore mio.. do you feel any better?" I ask. She nods.

"You're the best.. and lils just came to give me a big hug two minutes ago.. I love you both" she kisses me. We look at lilia. She's sat next to her, watching her ipad.

She looks at us. "Hi daddy" she says. "Hi baby" I chuckle. "I cheer mommy" she says. "I know" I smile. Meredith cuddles into me.

"Don't get comfy mer, I have to go soon" I whisper. "No" she says. "Yes, I'm sorry" I stroke her hair gently. "Please don't go" she sniffles.

"Don't cry" I hug her tighter. I look at lilia. She sticks out her bottom lip. "Baby, you're gonna make lily cry" I whisper.

They both start crying. "For gods sake" I whisper. Meredith cries into my chest. I pick up lilia.

"Shh honey it's okay, mommy's fine" I hug her aswell. The elevator door opens. "What did you do?" Amelia asks.

"Take her" I pass lilia to her. She holds her. I pull meredith away from me gently. "What's wrong?" I put my hands on her cheeks. "I don't want you to leave" she says.

"I'm only going for a few hours" I say. "Let's go and get you ready" amelia takes lilia into her room.

"Why can't I go?" She pouts. "Baby, I invited you and you said you didn't want to come with us!" I raise my voice slightly, getting kinda frustrated.

"But I thought that you'd say you'd miss me too much and beg me to come.. but you didn't" she says. "You're insane" I say.

"I want to come please" her lip trembles. "Get ready quickly" I say. She gets up and searches her closet for a dress.

My family is having a party today for my parents anniversary. Amelias here so she can arrive with us and not alone.

"What should I wear?" She holds up two dresses. "You look sexier in that one but cuter in that one" I say. "So?" She giggles. "Are you going for sexy or cute?" I ask. "I don't know" she says. "Sexy" I say. "Okay" she giggles.

She puts on her dark blue, tight, thigh length dress. "You have to change your tie to a blue one baby" she points at me. I pull off my tie. I've been ready for hours.

I pass her my blue one. "Do It yourself" she says. "Babe" I frown. "Fine, zip me up first" she turns around. I zip up her dress. She grabs the tie and does it for me. I kiss her.

"You look sexy" I kiss her again. "Stop" she giggles, walking away. She goes into the bathroom. I smile, sitting on my bed.

Amelia walks out with lilia. She runs over to me. "Oh my god, you look gorgeous" I pick her up. She smiles. 

"This is the dress I got you?" I ask. It's a pink dress and she's wearing sparkly silver shoes with it and black tights. She nods. I kiss her cheek before putting her down. She holds amelias hand.

Meredith walks out, fully ready. Her hair has been brushed and is in loose curls from when she curled it yesterday. "Wow" I walk over to her. She giggles, kissing me softly.

"You look stunning.. perfect.. amazing" I say. "Okay, that's enough" she grins. I chuckle.

"Oh my god lils, you look beautiful" she says to lilia. She pushes her face into amelias shoulder. We chuckle. "Don't be shy" meredith giggles, kissing her cheek.

"We should set off" I say. "Okay" she grabs her things. "Do you want to being anything with you baby?" She asks. "Teddy" she points at the Teddy on our bed. Meredith hands it to her. She cuddles it.

We go downstairs and get into my car. Amelia sits with lilia in the back and meredith sits in the passenger seat as I drive us to my parents house.
