"Babe! Ahh!" I hear meredith scream. I run into the bathroom. She's in the shower holding loads of bottles of shampoo and shower gel and stuff.

"The shelf broke on me" she says. "Its okay, I've got it" I grab everything and put it aside outside the shower. I pull the shelf the rest of the way off so it won't collapse on her as she's showering.

She puts her hand on the back of my neck, pulling me back down. She kisses my lips deeply. I pull away slowly. She goes back to scrolling on her phone. I chuckle softly in disbelief.

"Love" I say. "Mhm?" She asks. "I want attention" I say. She giggles, putting down her phone. "Well, I am sorry" she says sarcastically. I grin.

I start kissing her neck. "Not right now baby, I'm tired from earlier" she says. "But-" I sigh. "No" she says. "Fine" I sit next to her.

I kiss her cheek. She smiles. I kiss it again. She giggles. I hug her, snuggling my face into her neck. She relaxes into me. We just sit in silence for a while in eachothers arms.
