a meredith and derek love story. derek is a 25 year old mafia leader and meredith is a 22 year old waitress. what happens when they meet? will they fall in love straight away or will there be some bumps in the road?
I hold his hand tighter. We're in the tattoo place and he's getting a tattoo. "Are you okay?" I ask. "Yeah baby, I'm fine" he smiles. I kiss him softly.
He's getting lilias name tattooed on his arm. "You sure you don't want one?" He asks. I nod.
"Maybe another time" I say. "Why did you come then? You know you're supposed to be at work right now" He asks. "I came to hold your hand!" I exclaim. He chuckles.
"Does it hurt?" I ask. "A little but it's nothing I'm gonna cry over" he says. I smile. I kiss him again. "Lily's gonna be so happy" I say. "I know" he smiles.
"I'm gonna go outside for a second.. its really warm in here" I stand up. "Okay" he says. "Are you gonna be okay?" I ask. "Yes love, I'll be fine" he chuckles softly. I kiss him deeply.
I pull away slowly. "I'll be back" I say. He smiles. I walk away. I stand outside the shop. I pick up my phone and call amelia.
"Hi" she says. "Is everything ready? I think we're almost done here" I ask. "Yep.. lilia is with my mom and dad and the apartment is fully ready" she says. "Thankyou amy" I smile. "No problem" she says.
I go back inside. "Is it nearly done now? I want to go home" I sit next to him, hugging his waist. "It shouldn't be too much longer now honey" he says.
Once he's done, he pays and we leave. We're sat in his car as his driver takes us home.
"It looks great baby" I say as he shows me. I entwine our fingers. "Is lilia home still with amy?" He asks. "No, she's at your parents house" I say. "Oh" he sighs.
"We can see her later.. I wanted some time alone with you" I say. "Okay" he smiles, hugging my waist. I smile.
We get in the elevator and he presses the button. I move closer to him. He leans down so I can kiss him.
The elevator doors open. "Meredith" he smiles brightly as he sees the candle lit room, with a small round table in the middle with a dinner for two. Our bed is covered in rose petals and there's a massive Teddy on his side of the bed.
"Happy valentines day baby" I giggle, looking at him. "My love, you didn't have to do all of this" he hugs me. "I wanted to suprise you" I say.
"I thought we weren't going to do anything this year" he says. I told him that I just wanted a day in with him and the baby. I lied.
I pull him inside. "That's your present" I point at the hugs Teddy. "Thankyou" he chuckles, picking it up. "Its for you to cuddle when I'm not here" I say. "You're so cute" he says. I giggle as he picks me up.
"Did you make the food?" He asks. "Amelia did" I say. "Thank god" he says. "Hey!" I hit him. We both laugh. "Thankyou so much baby" he kisses me. "You're welcome" I grin.
"Can I give you your present too?" He asks. "Sure" I say. He puts me down. He grabs a box and hands it to me. I furrow my brows. "For milo?" I hold up the collar.
"I got amelia to do something for me too" he walks to lilias bedroom. He opens the door. "Oh my god Oh my god Oh my god!" I squeal as a cat runs out of the room.
I pick it up. "Its a girl.. you can name her whatever you want and apparently she's very friendly with dogs so her and milo will get along great" he says.
I put her down and kiss him. He smiles as I pull away. "I love you so much" I say. "Me or the cat?" He chuckles. "Yes" I say. He laughs. I sit down to play with it.
He leans down and kisses my head. "What do you think baby?" He asks. She's a white fluffy cat and derek bought a pink collar to put on her.

"What do you want to call her?" I look at him. "Its your cat, sweetheart" he says. "Did you have any ideas?" I ask. "I liked either daisy or rosie" he says. "I like Rosie" I say. "Yeah?" He smiles. I nod.
He pulls out the chair for me. We both sit at the table. "Apparently lils helped make the meal" I show him a picture that amelia sent of lilia sat on the kitchen counter next to the food.
"Oh my god!" He smiles, grabbing my phone to look closer. I giggle. "She's so cute" he says. "I know" I say.
After we're finished eating, I clear the plates and sit on his lap instead of in my chair. "I have one more thing for you" I pull out an envelope from my pocket.
He wraps his arms around me so I don't fall as he opens it. "Meredith" he looks at me shocked as he sees the sonagram photo in his hands. I smile.
"You're not.." he whispers. "I am" I say. "We're having another baby?" He asks. "We are" I giggle. He hugs me tight. I wrap my arms around his neck, hugging him back.
"Its been so hard keeping it from you but I wanted today to be special" I say.
"How far along are you?" He asks. "About 7 weeks.. but I've only known for 2" I say. "7 weeks?" He says shocked. I nod.
"Is it a boy or a girl?" He asks. "I don't know" I giggle, rolling my eyes. "What do you want?" He asks. "A boy would be nice" I shrug. "I want another girl" he says. "Me too!" I wriggle on his lap excitedly. He chuckles.
"I love you so much" he looks into my eyes. "I love you so much too" I whisper. He puts his hands on my cheeks. I kiss him.
