Derek's pov:
I drive to merediths place to pick her up. "Hi.. you look handsome" she smiles, walking out of the cafe. "You look stunning" I say. She looks the cafe door before turning to face me. She smiles. I'm wearing my nice red shirt and some black trousers. She's wearing a red dress.

We drive to her parents house. I drove myself in the porsche. We arrive at the house. (Merediths house in greys). Meredith knocks on the door. "Hello meredith" her mom says. "Hi Mom" meredith smiles. "Come in" she says. We walk in. Her farther and sister come over to us too. "Mom, dad, lexie.. this is derek" she smiles. We all say hello to eachother. We talk in the hallway for a bit.

Meredith's pov:
"Hes hot" lexie whispers as we walk into the living room. "Hey.. eyes off" I grin. He's walking infront of us. "Nice ass too" I whisper. She chuckles. We both stop walking suddenly as Derek turns around to us. "I can hear you" he says. We both giggle. "I was saying nice things" I grin. "About my ass" he says. I giggle. "Well you do have a very nice ass" I grin.

"it's a shame you don't have a brother" I look at lexie. He chuckles. She laughs, rolling her eyes. "She could always have your dad" I tease. He gasps. I squeal as he pulls me into his arms, tickling me playfully. "No.. I'm sorry.. I didn't mean it.. stopp" I giggle breathlessly, trying to wriggle free. He chuckles, stopping. I hit him playfully.

"Meredith stop messing about and hurry up!" My mother shouts from the living room. "That's your fault" I grin, hitting derek lightly. Lexie chuckles, walking past us into the living room.

He grins, kissing me softly. I hold his hand. We walk into the living room. My mom and dad are in the kitchen. Lexies sat on the couch. I giggle as derek sits onto the couch, pulling me onto his lap. I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Hows it going with that guy you're dating, lex?" I ask. "Its not.. i broke up with him.. well he broke up with me.. he said if I don't 'put out' then he'll get with someone else.. so I threw my drink in his face and he left" she says. Lexies only 20 so he was her first real boyfriend. "What an ass" I say. "Mm" she says. "Whats his name?" Derek asks. "Steve.. mostow" she says.

"Its good you didn't.. he's an ass" I say. "I'm glad I waited" I smile. Derek hugs me tighter. "It should be with someone you trust and love. someone who'll be nice to you. like derek.. but not derek. he's mine" I grin, giggling. Derek and lexie laugh.

My mom and dad walk into the room. I slide off of Derek's lap, onto the couch instead. "Meredith you can sit on your boyfriends lap" my mom chuckles. I giggle, sitting back onto his lap. He chuckles softly, wrapping his arms around my waist, pulling me close to him. I wrap my arms around his neck.

"May I remind you that the last time I even held hands with a boy infront of you.. you basically attacked him" I raise my brow. "Now I'm nervous" Derek jokes, taking his arms from around me. "Shut up" I giggle, taking his arms and putting them back on my waist. He grins, wrapping them around me.

"I didn't attack him" she rolls her eyes. "You called him a dirty trashman" I giggle. "He worked in a diner" she says. "I work in a cafe" I say. "A nice cafe" she says. I chuckle softly, rolling my eyes.

"Wait so.. you.." I raise my brow "like derek?" I grin. "I approve of him" she says. "Oh my god" I say. "Don't make this into a big thing" she chuckles, rolling her eyes. "She likes you.. my mother likes you" I say to derek. He laughs.

"Why? You've never liked anyone I've dated" I say. "She probably saw my amazing ass" Derek whispers quietly into my ear. I giggle.

"Well.. he's got a good job.. he can take care of you.. he's not bad looking and he makes you happy" my mom says. "You think he's good looking?" I grin. "I didn't say that" she says. "She'd like your dad" I tease derek. "If you say one more thing about my dad I swear.." he chuckles. I giggle. "I'm just teasing you" I grin. "Although you should be careful with cristina around him though" I giggle. He chuckles. We talk a bit more, have a drink and eat our food in the dining room.

We're stood in the hallway. We say bye to them before leaving. Me and derek walk to his car. We stand next to the car. We turn to face eachother.

I squeal, jumping into Derek's arms. He chuckles, picking me up. "She likes you" I grin, wrapping my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. "Everyone likes me" he rolls his eyes jokingly. I giggle. "I'm not sure about my dad but.. my mom.. MY MOM.. likes you" I say. He chuckles softly. I smile brightly. I kiss him passionately.

Ellis's pov:
"They're so cute together" lexie says. We're all stood at the window, watching them in the driveway. They kiss. Lexie smiles, walking away. She walks into the kitchen.

"You don't like him" I state to my husband. "You do" he says. "Yes" I say. "We'll see.." he says. "Thatcher.. leave them.. she's happy" I say. "Until she's not.. he'll break her heart.. or hurt her" he says. "That's for her to handle" I say. "Mm" he walks away, upstairs. I sigh. What is he planning?
