Toby has a fetish. It's one he's always been a little ashamed to admit; he's into pregnancy and impregnation. Then he discovers the fountain of youth, and the fairy of the fountain offers him a wish as an incentive to not drink, analyse, or sell the waters, or tell anyone else about it. He uses the wish to let him live out his kink. But then he steals some of the magic water anyway, spotting a loophole in the list of things he's not allowed to do. The fairy isn't happy, and puts silly conditions and loopholes in the wish, too.

The resulting power is a kind of lucid dreaming; he can conjure up anyone he wants, and manipulate the world in different ways. If he has sex in his dreams, the woman gets pregnant for real; and the further along she gets, the more she desires him. Of course, once this starts, he tries giving the object of his affection water from the fountain as well, bringing her back to the peak of physical perfection (at least according to his own preferences). As long as he doesn't tell them, he's not breaking the rules [though this does mean that if anyone finds out, he's violated the conditions of a wish, and the fairy/demon gets his soul].

The big problem is with the girl next door, Megan, who he really wants to use his power on. Because he's been paying so much attention to her for years, he knows her really, really well. And that means that in his dreams, she behaves more or less realistically. It's not as easy as it would be with a hot stranger, who he can just imagine is desperate or has a thing for guys like him. With the one girl he really cares about, he actually has to seduce her in his dreams, and then she won't be able to resist him in the real world either. It's a bit easier, because in his dreams he can shape the world in a lot of ways. Semi-omnipotent powers. But also, in his dreams he's not that good at compartmentalising thoughts, so dream-Meg sometimes knows what he's thinking, or is angry about things he's done in the real world even if she has no way to know about them.

And as the experiment goes on, maybe it starts to go the way the fairy originally intended. He can repeat the same date in his dreams, night after night, until he finds the "right" way to get dream-Meg to want him. He never realises that with every night spent being the kind, caring, gentleman she wants, he's starting to behave more that way in the real world. And he never realises that by indulging her fetishes in his dreams, he's starting to enjoy the same things as well.

(Hmm... maybe to actually impregnate someone, there needs to be a magic circle in the dream world. So when things start going well with dream-Meg, he doesn't pay enough attention and forgets to draw the circle, or they end up doing it not in the location he expects, or something. Gives him plenty of chance to learn her kinks first)
