This came to mind when I was thinking about something else; could work as a game, or a book. But I think it needs to not be taken seriously.

Some ancient wish-granting goddess/spirit/demon appears to an artist/bard/etc once every hundred years, to give them a special boon. In this case, it comes to a struggling young sf author and offers to make one plot element from her writings come true for her.

She picks the super power of the hero from her current WIP: the ability to travel in time just by touching a clock and thinking of when she wants to go to (adjusting the clock if she wants a specific time rather than just an era). She was thinking this could lead to interesting challenges when they get stranded in a time before modern clocks were invented.

But it turns out there was a typo in the last page she wrote. So she ends up with the special power that she can travel in time, but she has to be holding a cock. Somehow this also conjures up some enemies, who want to capture her so they can study this power, so she's immediately on the run from the men in black. Thankfully, she runs into a young man who might be able to help her with her new power, who is probably a protagonist character.

A little research reveals that to time travel, she has to be holding a guy's cock, and he comes with her. He has to ejaculate in order for the power to work, and it's the cock (rather than her) who has to be thinking about a particular era. So basically, she has to jerk the guy off while he imagines women in highly sexualised period costumes to reach various times and places. It comes with all the complications that power would have had if the typo had been her actual idea.
