This bonus idea is dedicated to Peter, with thanks for your support... although I wonder if Tracey might be interested in this one too.

Cath often surprises people with her intelligence, but more often with her agility. Her level of education is only slightly above average; it only really surprises people because she looks a lot younger than she is. Her physical development has slowed, and her mental development slightly accelerated, as a result of a genetic anomaly. Now she's an adult, but she still looks like she's around twelve; which is often embarrassing if she goes out somewhere with her boyfriend. That might be why she prefers staying in; or it might be that there are few places outside their own home where 'Master' can restrain her with a hogtie, shackles, or even a straitjacket and then taunt her as she attempts to escape.

She always loses. She's always restrained and helpless by the end of the night. But then, that's the point. And she's gotten pretty good at getting out of all kinds of restraints, so it's often a game to see just how many times she can get out before she finally submits.

One day, Cath is out buying anniversary presents. Getting new sex toys isn't a problem; because she's a regular customer in that shop, and at least some of the staff know how old she is. But when she comes to buy a card and giftwrap, the cashier wants to know where her parents are, and if she's old enough to be out by herself. This is why she usually goes shopping with Master; but of course for a surprise present it wouldn't be appropriate. More frustrated than ever, she finally manages to make her purchases, and then she just needs to get home. But two people in security uniforms come up to her and insist that they want to help her find her parents. She gets angry and quite rude, and manages to give them the slip. But in the parking garage, they manage to catch up. That's one disadvantage of having such short legs. This time she tries to negotiate; pulling out her proof of ID and a little certificate saying that she's an actual adult. But while one security guy is reading it, she finally realises that their uniforms don't actually have the mall logo on, and aren't quite the same colour as the mall cops she's used to seeing. She reaches out to grab her ID back, and then feels a needle jabbing into her neck.

Cath wakes up tied to a chair, which is at least padded. And a doctor – or at least someone in a doctor's uniform – explains that the Forever Baby Institute thinks society demanding that she act like an adult is a form of abuse, and they're going to help her learn to act like a child again. She's put in front of a huge video wall that fills her vision, and has headphones locked over her ears, and electrodes stuck to her body for stimulation to enhance the brainwashing.

Cath isn't happy about this at all. As soon as the doctor leaves the room, and she hears the door lock, she starts fighting her bonds. And to a heavy bondage enthusiast with an escapology fetish, a couple of feet of elastic rope aren't going to hold her for long. Ten minutes later she's in the vents, trying to figure out where this place is and how to get home. But there's a problem with that. Because she unplugged those headphones when she escaped; and it takes quite some time for anyone to realise that the same sound is now coming from the loudspeakers.

It's a race against time. Cath is trying to rescue a bunch of other young-looking adults; the Forever Baby staff are trying to find out where she is and recapture her; and the subliminal messages in the background are trying to turn everyone into babies. Who will win?
