Not sure if this one should go in Naughty Thoughts or Plot Babies, as it has both regression and kink elements. I think here is probably the better option.

There's a clinic where they use isolation, drugs, and hypnosis in a potent combination to condition slaves. Of course, it would only be legal if this conditioning is consensual, so they always ask the subjects to sign a form agreeing to their treatment. This story is about two customers who come in while the place is doing a special discount on ABDL treatments, during the summer months when the place is typically less busy.

One guy wants his wife to be regressed to a baby girl. A kind of childlike innocence, so that he can corrupt her again and again, and have her return to being innocent. However, this guy is a bit of a jerk, and basically tricked his wife into signing up. She thinks it's a new-age spa thing, and that the "conditioning" in the contract is some kind of treatment to tone up her muscles. The references to regression in the contract reinforce this idea, as her husband has already told her that regression means "getting younger", and told her that it will make her look young again. She skims the contract and signs it without reading properly. She is also surprised to find they aren't doing it together, but is soon overwhelmed by the treatment.

The other subject did actually agree. She's been in a heavy S&M relationship with her boyfriend for a couple of years now, and decides that she would like to try something new. She knows the clinic does pain to pleasure conditioning; where she can be conditioned to orgasm just from spanking, and she's intrigued by the idea. But she's also starting to get into humiliation play a little. So she gives her boyfriend the chance to surprise her: She lets him pick the treatments and triggers she is getting, subject to the restrictions that it has to include ABDL elements (in order to get the discount), and has to be something that would turn her on (which he knows is a pretty wide range).

While the two women are getting changed and going through the sauna (the steam includes the first round of drugs to increase suggestibility; and every connection to the outside world will be left in a locker for the next two weeks), their husband/boyfriend chat in the facility's bar. They laugh about it a little, how they have such wildly different desires. One of them wants his wife to be innocent but obedient; while the other loves when his girlfriend fights back, and likes having the opportunity to punish her. Such different desires, all falling under the umbrella of "babying" them.

And then there is a mistake. Maybe it's the receptionist's error, or maybe somebody drops the paperwork. But the forms saying what kind of conditioning the two women have signed up for get switched. They don't initially notice, because neither of them fully knew the details of their treatment. And both of them have ticked the box to say they fantasise about being "forced" into this treatment; and want to do resistance roleplay. (Only one of them knows she ticked the box, but the staff don't know that). And although both have safewords filled in on the forms, only one of them actually knows her safeword, and it's not the one on the paperwork that the staff have for her.

What will happen to them when they are discharged, and the two partners find out that they haven't got what they signed up for?
