Dude going to college, gets a wish from a genie or something. Makes himself irresistible to women. Any woman who sees his dick becomes obsessed with having sex with him. They're so desperate that they can't control themselves, and all other inhibitions are thrown to one side. He can get sex any time he wants, which his school friends told him was like the most awesome thing imaginable, but somehow he's still not satisfied. A year later, he realises he's gay. This doesn't change the wish, though. Romcom? Farce? Hilarity ensues.
I was thinking more along the sitcom path. Every time main guy and his boyfriend have something planned (holiday? Important business meeting? dirty weekend? Family Christmas?), someone (bf's grandma/boss's daughter/company lawyer/a dozen nuns) catches a glimpse through the gap in the curtains, or walks in on him changing or similar. And he spends the whole time trying to fight them off or avoid them without his bf finding out about the wish.
