Two months in court and an edict was concluded.

The divorce was completed and the Blakesleys won a huge amount of money and profit. The compensation was a huge amount, if the brown there biggest consumer left they wouldn't have to worry.

James was sitting on a chair outside, holding his head down sadly. Ling walked over to him with a bottle of water.

"Here, drink this" Ling said

James rested his head on Ling's shoulder sadly, "if I won, why does it still feel like I've lost?" He asked with throbbing tone as if he could break down any minute

Ling put aside the bottle of water and he brushed back James' messy hair. "Maybe you just need a fresh start from everything"

Ling cupped his face gently looking into his teary eyes, Ling smiled. "James, maybe you just need to refresh yourself." Ling said

James held his hand, he gave a small sad smile. Clarice walked over to them. Ling looked at her.

"Ling..... can I please say something to you in private?"

"I'd prefer not, I'd like for James to hear it as well"

Clarice looked at James then back at Ling.

"Can we make strawberry cakes.... on Wednesday?"

Ling's eyes widened, she turned around and started walking. He looked at James.

"Give me a second" Ling said

James was confused, but he nodded. They went to a private area. He grabbed her wrist.

"How did you figure it out?"

"How was it possible not, I was the one closest to you after all" she said flatly.

She then looked at him and touched his face, "you look so much brighter, I'm glad" she forced a smiled

"What do you mean? You accused me of-"

"Yes I did, you're free to blame me for the rest of your life. But my only request is that you please treat James far better than I ever did. It will be hard but I hope you treasure and understand each other. Parker be nothing like me" she said

She cupped his face then leaned over and kissed him on the forehead before turning away to leave. Ling watches her leaving with sadness and Hope's she could come to terms with everything.

Taylor looked at his son who was singing to the movie, it's October which means his favourite holiday was up; Halloween.

"I wanna be oogie boogie this Halloween, if it weren't for that stupid Jack Santa would have died!" Jordan yelled begrudgingly

Taylor, who was neatly folding the clothes, felt a secret tear fall down his eyes as Jordan jumped from the sofa to the ground running around excitedly. Where did he go wrong with him?

"Jordan, you need to go do your homework or when your dad comes home you won't have to worry about becoming anything"

"Oh right!, what will dad be! Let me think Riley can be the ugly girl she after all looks a lot like her!" Jordan said

"Jordan, don't bully your sister"

"Bwrother! Ha ha ha ha"

"See even Riley agrees" Jordan said convinced

Taylor sighed lightly slapping his forehead, Jordan looked at Riley he grinned mischievously then took her on his back and started running.

"Jordan, what are you doing?!"

"Riley let's hurry the monster spot us!"

"Huh?"

Taylor was confused but then he smiled and got up. "Don't you dare run away you little gremlins"

Taylor started the chase as they ran around the house.

Chelsie was staying over Oliver with her elder cousins (4th cousin if I'm correct? Lavina is Parker's cousin and those are her kids' 2nd cousins then? Meh whatever).

"Oliver, look at this! Would you like it for Halloween?" Cassian said showing him a Robin hood costume

"Robin hood?"

"Yep! You'll look great. We will trick or treat together this Halloween" Cassian smiled

"I'll give you extra sweets" Cassandra even snooped to his ears. "We can even make a secret stash from pa and eat it secretly" she grinned

Cassandra and Cassian were super nice to him and spoiled him a lot, they said they had another younger sister but Oliver never saw her because she was not Henryk's child. Cassian and Cassandra were fraternal twins with opposite genders and were around the age of 11 to 12.

Oliver thought they would have picked and bullied him because he was the reason their mother and father broke things off but that was not the case. Their mother and father never really got along in the first place so there was no reason to be upset.

Ever since they separated it was much easier to spend time with each parent individually. It was really the best solution for the family, their dad cooks for them, plays and spends time the same for their mother.

And the fact of being a child born from someone else wasn't a problem because their younger sister was like that and she was the sweetest thing so what's there to be angry about in fact it was a favor.

The divorce was so smooth there wasn't need for court, both shared custody and no arguments on property shares. No issues were laid out. It went so well that after they separated they somehow managed to become good friends.
