Ray was exhausted it's barely been 2 weeks and his already burned out. He gets it their's nothing easy about doing all this, and he can't even get Taylor to say 'hi' a couple days back Taylor asked him for sex but he was so exhausted he couldn't even get it up.

Ray didn't think Taylor asked because he genuinely wanted it he thinks it's more to prove a point and he proved it well, he should get a maid or something. He can only look back and think what an total dick he was to his wife.

But he still doesn't know how to make Taylor feel happy again, he knows cleaning the house and taking care of the dishes won't cut it. His wife wasn't even looking at him and didn't sleep in the same room for the last few days he'd completely shut himself away.

Ray tried to put on the underwear but unlike the previous days he didn't throw a heavy tantrum, Ray looked at his pouting son who was barely saying anything at all.

"Jordan, are you okay?" He asked worried

"It's your fault" Jordan said angrily

"What?" Ray said confused

"Mommy is upset because of you, your always working you come home and yell at mommy you can't play with me. You forget how to cook I hate you daddy! I hate you!. I want to go Nana "

Jordan wiggled out Ray's arms then ran to get his tablet and toys, Ray sighs he often blames Taylor for the situation but how wrong he was. Taylor was the one keeping this family from falling apart carrying their burdens and he didn't appreciate that blaming him.

Ray went to the guestroom door and gently knocks on it.

"I'm not carrying Jordan to school today, I'm visiting my mother for the time being get some rest take care of yourself until I'm back okay, I love you" Ray said gently

Taylor didn't reply and remained quiet Ray packed the things and drove them to his mother.

"Is that my little boy" Deanna said happily as she saw her grandson, "oh my, you've lost weight!" She exclaimed

Ray gave her a said look as Jordan hugs her tight she looked around as if searching for someone.

"Um, where's Taylor?" She asked worried

She then looked at her son who looked like an ghost he was messy and seemed to have lost lots of weight, he hadn't seen them in about 3 months that's when the baby was about 2 months old. She knew Taylor was having a hard time so she advice Ray to help out since babies where most troublesome during the first few years of their lives.

Ray gave her a guilty expression that caused him to avoid eye contact, while he does talk her from time to time he didn't let her know about the house matter knowing she was gonna side with Taylor. Now he realized she wasn't siding with Taylor she genuinely telling the truth of the matter, Ray knows his gonna of swallow his pride and confess everything.

After preparing food for them and letting the little boy go play in the yard under their watchful eyes Ofcourse. Ray spill everything.

"So, now he shut himself in. Mom, I don't care if he yells at me blames me. I want my wife back I haven't heard his voice in so long I'm going crazy, it's like his their but his not their at the same time" he said in a plea.

Deanna didn't reassure her son, she told him over and over again. Deanna for the sake of peace always remained silent because she didn't like her son in law family much, and warned Ray to becareful to not be carried away in their ideals. She liked Taylor he was a good person for his son and he gave her a lovely energetic grandson who loved him, often talking on the phone with sweet boy.

But now the family marriage is declining because her idiot son doesn't take her opinion she's not going to butter him up, but she doesn't like him being this sad and her grandbabies are clearly being affected.

She looked at the baby girl who was sitting comfortably in her lap drinking her bottle.
