"How have you been?" a provoking smile appears on the short haired lady's face as she approaches her prisoner. It was a gift from the demon king. Or a threat. Regardless this little rebell is a demon who betrayed the demon clan and joined the revolutionary army. He will be the key to killing Evia. The man narrows her with eyes full of hatred: "Once I get out of here, I'll kill you all." Well, well. That sounds promising. "I'd love to see you try." Miya grabs him by the neck and makes her way to the castle. The streets are empty as she ordered. She wouldn't appreciate her own people dying. The man is silent while being dragged in front of the albino. Miya releases his chaines slightly but unnoticably. The prey is set, let the game begin.

Evia wonders about the sudden appearance of her friend. Why would she drag a demon here? Miya seems to have read her thoughts. "He is a traitor, I caught him on my way back." The white haired raises an eyebrow. She is not certain wether or not her theory is true. Regardless there is no turning back. "How fortunate." The demon princess forges a fake smile. In that very moment the chains of the prisoner losen and he frees himself. Releasing his cursed magic he hits Miya and injures her. The supreme killer runs outside the castle in order to escape. He follows her. Evia reacts fast and chases after both of them. "Guard the barrier in case there is more!" she orders her guards. It doesn't matter what happens to her or how she will be back stabbed. She owes Miya so much. She can't let her down. The assasin's leader loses track of them inside the barrier. Where did they go? It must be outside. She sighs and leaves the protection of the barrier that would hide her for centuries. That's when Hakai sees the demon. All bloody laying on the ground. "There you are." She gives him a final strike and watches as he takes his last breaths. The wind is cold. She closes her eyes. It seems so pathetic to think of the things that could have been. All of this. Because she trusts her friend. More than anyone else. And she keeps on doing so even when faced with a sharpened nail, as soon as she turns around. The albino gives of a slight smile: "What a pricey friendship." Miya's face remains stone cold. "That must have been what Sierra thought when you put chains around her neck." She puts down her hand. "So you're doing this for Helion?" Evia's smile disappears. Instead of an answer Miya hands her a sword. "You're playing fair now? I guess It's right what they say. A true friend stabs you in the front." Miya responds: "I won't use magic. This is the least I can do for you." She attacks. Fast. When she had trained with Roxanne, the young demon had trouble keeping up with her speed however the white haired is a former demon as well and she has centuries of experience. She easily dodges all of Miya's attacks. The supreme killer gets impatient. "Why do you keep staying in the defense?" She receives a simple answer. "You may want to kill me but that ain't true for me." This comment turns Miya's calmness into anger. She attacks harder and finally gets to cross her blade with her master. "If you don't attack, you will eventually get tired and killed. Remember that you are just human!" Evia smirks. "Are you worried about me?" She gets a thrust in response that throws her backwards against a tree. She gets back up. "What do you want to do once you kill me?" Miya corners her friend with her sword. "Instead tell me a reason to not kill you. There are many souls longing for your death, princess Evia Hakai. One of them being an old friend of ours. One I owe my life to and swore to follow for eternity." That's surprising. Sierra has told Miya to kill her before she died? That must mean that Miya visited the queen of destruction in her human mansion. Another sigh escapes the assasin's leader's throat. She knows that Sierra had saved Miya from spending the rest of her life in slavery. Looks like she didn't tell her the whole truth though. The white one drops her sword to the floor earning visible confusing from her former right hand. "Give up already?" No. Hell no. "I don't. Because I still trust you." Miya's hand starts shaking. "You knew it! You knew that I would come for your head." She realizes, earning a nod from her friend. "Yet. Why did you go into my trap. Why didn't you kill me?" Evia comes closer. The edge of Miya's sword right underneath her chin. "Cause that's what you foolishly wished for. I can't grant you such an egoistic desire. You purposefully forged your plan this way, so that I would notice. You told the guards to spread rumors and made sure I see you sneak out frequently. You wanted me to suspect you so that I would kill you. Am I wrong?" Miya doesn't answer. Her friend continues: "You tried to convince yourself that you hate me in order to make it easier for you. You don't sincerely want to kill me. You just can't disobey Helion." The words color the wind. For the very first time, Miya's cool and steady facade starts fading. "Why can't you just kill me?" She stutters as she drops her sword. She heard Sierra's voice whenever she slept and woke up to seeing her daughter. It seems like this bloodline was chasing her until she eliminates the old era. She would never get used to these voices that kept shouting at her. That's why she approached Roxanne. That's why she became her precious trophy. The pruple eyed can save her. She is a Helion after all. "Raise your head!" the demon princess orders. "Let's enjoy our pathetic lifes a little more." Miya is about to give in but once again... fate wants them apart. And so... a bloody blade brings Miya back to reality.
