It has begun

This was so exciting. The old days. Back when I had a name and knew exactly who I was. There was no need to introduce myself to anyone. Times have changed. In fact, 1300 years can change a lot. But people... cannot change. If they want to fly, they can't just grow wings. However they can develop and create a way to fly. Your core will still be the same. You will just be more experienced and try not to forget who you were before you started playing your role. Life goes on.

The gates to the upside world were opened. Demons, mutants, and killers are raiding the human world. The hunt has officially started. Dorian watches as all the creatures break out of the gates, thirsty for blood and war. None of them are bound by any kind of rules as long as this war lasts. They will just need to take responsibility for everything in order to do anything they want. The red eyed smiles as he follows the flow and exits the gates. It's time to scare the shit out of people.

Kain was welcomed by the main building with screams and smiles. "Leader, you're back!" He couldn't even hear it. He would constantly see Elhain, who tried to get to him while he thought she was attacking. The way he held her by the neck until the lack of oxygen killed her. He'd really want to put the blame on the red blade, but he knows that this halucination was something his own mind had made up. Because he was scared. All along, he didn't trust Elhain. And when Roxanne asked him if he knew who the real villain was, he couldn't even answer. But it's clear. The Black Stones, the demons, and those who support them. They are all evil. They all need to die. Still, he feels like a villain himself. About thirty percent of his comrades got wiped out already. In the next few days, the demon clan will make a move. This way, it is only a matter of time until all of them become prey. This kind of fate can only be reversed if they manage to kill the demons first. One of his commanders approaches Kain. "Leader, what will be our next step?" They want orders. There is only one right thing to do now in order to minimize the number of deaths on our side and in order to wipe out the non-humans. "We are going to attack. Get everyone ready. We'll head to the city of assasins. The top priorities are the advanced killers but most importantly the supreme killer. The demon princess is most likely dead since she hasn't been seen in centuries, so we will just need to go through the ancient barrier. Try avoiding to kill citizens and children, but if you can't..." Kain takes a deep breath. "Kill them too." That was a word. Immedietly, everyone got ready. The leader of the revolutionary army gives a last speech before leading his men to battle the very next day.

Miya, Evia... I wish you the best of luck. I'm sorry I put you through this. Don't get soft now. You have to stand your ground. Humans are about to attack. I hope I was of any help to you guys. You see, ever since the day I first met you, I wanted to give you a happy ending. This is why I came to Kallistine in the first place. Now, it's time to prove the strength of the Black Stones. I'll count on you.

Roxanne Helion

Evia closes the letter and turns towards her short haired friend. "You knew it?" Miya nods silently. Roxanne's identity is no longer kept secret from the albino. The white haired gets up. "Can we trust her?" Once again, Miya nods. "Then, let's play on her side." Both females smile at each other while a guard steps inside the castle. Finally. "Humans with modern weapons and seemingly cursed magic are approaching the pathway towards Kallistine." Evia steps outside as she orders: "Pick up your weapons, and we will fight frontally." The guard seems slightly confused. "With all due to respect your highness. We could just put up another barrier and sneak our way around without having to command human soldiers to this suicidal mission." Miya starts laughing. "I guess you can't wait to finally fight again. It's indeed more fun this way." Evia answers with the most honest and yet vicious grin a person could show: "I'm so tired of hiding. I want to kill them personally. I don't need any sneak. I've been waiting to see humans suffer for centuries. I want to rip out their nails and stab their eyeballs and yet never let them die. I want to see their desperation!" The guard bows and delivers the message. Miya is happy to see her friend feeling so alive for once again. It's been a hell of a long time. "So you're fighting at the front?" Evia's hair turns black as markings appear on her arm. This is the magic Miya was using. She could create shadows, as hard as metall, using them as weapons. Evia tilts her head. "Absolutely." And so... both of them keep walking until they hear the first screams. Miya looks up at the sky. "It has begun."
