When Chaos Rises

Chapter 12: First day of classes.

SEPTEMBER 4,1995 MONDAY
WYNTER'S POV:

It has been a couple days since we arrived, and today is the first day of classes. I get up from bed and get dressed in my uniform.

I hear a knock and walk to my door. A wave of my hand allows me o see it is Fred and Nik. I smile and stand slightly behind the door before opening it. They come in and smile. I close the door and go to my vanity. "Good morning to you both." I say with a smile.
A wave my hand so my hair quickly gets put in place with a sticking charm so it does not come undone.

"Good morning love. Are you ready to head to breakfast?" Nik asks as he places a kiss to the top of my head.

"Yes I just need my bag." As I turn I smile seeing Fred already has it for me.

"I have it Wynter. Come on kitten let's go eat and get our schedules."

I nod and get up taking Nick's hand as well as Fred's. We leave and my door shut and locks itself. Going out to the common room my court is waiting and we leave going to the great hall together. Upon reaching there I take my seat in the middle of the table with Nik and Fred on either side of me. The rest of the court sits across and around me. We sit with pleasant conversation while we eat. That was till both Fred and George got a howler from their mother. The woman was furious they were in Slytherin. The moment I heard the word disowned out of the letter is burned them. Looking at the both I simply said, "Papa is already having Mama Bella redo rooms in the manor just for the two of you. He is also getting the paperwork ready for your guardianship. He also said to expect a few packages today around lunch or dinner." They both simply nod gratefully and Fred kisses my head. I had set all this in motion on the first morning. Primal had warned me. We made sure my mate and soul brother were taken care of.
Soon Professor Snape comes around handing out our schedules.

We smile and finish up the gather our things to head to our first class.

We have been in school for a couple of weeks now. There have been no problems thankfully. Papa came and got Fred and George one weekend when he showed guardianship over them and took them to Gringotts. They got their inheritance tests done. They are both now Lord Prewitts as that Lordship is held by magical twins. Their father hates what their mother did but agreed it would be best for them to be with us, especially Fred because of the bond. They go by the last name Prewitt now. Charlie still supports them at Scholl but Percy is an ass. Once Papa had any blocks and such removed from them he took them to the Alley got them new uniforms, wardrobes, and extra supplies. He also got them twin barn owls, Nip and Pip. They have new trunks and satchels like ours as well.

Now Azul and I are using the heirs passageway to go down to the Chamber of Secrets. May as well deal with the Basilisk now. Once we get there I call it forth.

"§ Come forth great beast of Slytherin. §"

It slithers out and stops before me as I have my eyes closed.
"§ Who dares summon me? §" it asks.

"§ I, Lady Wynter Black, heir of Slytherin. Do you accept me as your Mistress?" I ask.

It leans down as smells my scent and even sees Azul who hisses at it. "§ Yes I accept. What is your command? Also open your eyes I will not harm you. §"

"§ Thank you. My command is simple Harm no students. There is a colony of acramantulas. In the Forbidden Forrest. Hunt as many down as you can. Take orders from no one but myself and my mates. Do all this and when I leave this school for good I will take you somewhere safe and peaceful for you. §"
"§ I will do all that you say Mistress. You nay call me Varda. §"

I smile another piece stolen from Dumblewhore, I mean..... No Dumblewhore is what I mean. I grin as I explore the chamber. After ordering Cards not to harm them I have Kreacher and Casty clean the chamber. The pool is cleaned and filled with fish and magical water plants. I go into Salazars private rooms and smile before having Kreacher move the books, potion items, and artifacts to my trunk. This year is off to a good start. Of course everything is made easier knowing I won't have to hunt horrocruxes. Death took care of those and returned the items to me.
Before I leave I tell Kreacher I want him to get a team of elves together and have them clean the Room of Requirement as well. I want all books added to my library at home, all treasures taken to Gringotts, trash gotten rid of and all dark objects cleansed or destroyed. This year is going well and will end well. I am top of my year and my boys are right behind me. We even do extra studies as we are so advanced. I can't wait to see what the next few years bring.
