Chapter 77: The Argents are Annoying.

WYNTER'S POV:

Derek and I went to go get some gas in his car. While he pumped I went to grab something sweet. Coming out I saw Chris and some hunters surrounding him. Then they smashed his window.
I shook my head as I walked towards them heels clicking on the ground.
"Tut tut Christopher didn't we discuss this already? You don't touch my marked ones and I make sure.....", I trailed off there arching a brow as I knew he knew.
"My apologies Wynter I was just going to have him followed to see if he knew who the alpha is. It was never my intentions to harm him."
"He doesn't know, so you don't need to follow him. I on the other hand do know, but won't be telling." They started to protest so I held up a hand, "it is not because of some misguided sense of loyalty or even spite. No I can't tell you because I must let certain events happen naturally. I can not interfere before then. I can only aid some and watch. Save those I can. That is all. Now don't bother following me. All you will find is some dates with my incredibly hot mates and school with the odd errand thrown in. I do not nor have I ever met with the alpha. I also won't be near them until I am permitted by Primal and the fates."

Chris sighed and nodded leaving with his men. I looked to the Camero waved my hand and repaired his window winking at Derek. He smirked and looked at me, "That was incredibly hot watching you send them off like scolded kids." I laughed and kissed him then got in the car when he opened the door for me. We then went home.
The next day at school Scott skipped with Allison. Then Stiles was driving me nuts with his worry about Lydia and the video store attack by the Alpha. Since Scott wasn't answering his phone and Stefan was hiding from Stiles' worry that left me.
I felt when Kate shocked Derek. I swear she wants to be killed. It was funny too in a way. We were at lunch Stiles was still going nuts. I felt the shock as I went to take a drink and it sent my arm jerking sending my soda into Stiles face. It was dead silent for about 15 seconds before everyone lost it. I took Stiles out of the lunch room apologized and explained what happened. I didn't tell him it was kinda karma that it was him with all his antics today.

That evening it was the parent teacher conferences. Damon was going for Stefano and Caroline and then the classes Jeremy didn't have with Paul and I. Nik was going to mine and Paul's and Jeremy's other half of classes. Since non of us students had to go because of our grades, Stefan and Care went on a date and Jeremy and Paul stayed home playing video games. I went with, I had to see what my teachers said, Plus Day, Nik, and I had decided to go out to eat after.
Mr. Harris was first. He told Nik how while Paul's grades are perfect and he seems to excell at chemistry, he sleeps through half the classes. He then explained Jeremy is the same except he draws instead of sleeps. Perhaps they both need more discipline at home. I had to grip Nik's hand to keep him from going off on Harris. Harris then turned to me and smiled brightly. "Now Wynter is an absolute joy. She has the highest grades out of the school in my class. She excels and has never failed an experiment. Plus she actually pays attention and behaves in class. "
We left Harris'class and Nick smirks looking to me. "So two delinquents and young love are a teacher's pet?" He arched a brow grinning widely.
I rolled my eyes, "I enjoy chemistry it reminds me of potions." I leaned in and whispered in his ear" Besides now we can punish Paul later."
"Careful love " he growled and then smirked.
We went to art next and the teacher was begging, I mean almost down on his knees begging Nik to get Jeremy and I to do an art show. Nik was nothing but Proud.
After a few more our final teacher was Coach.we got there as Noah was coming out. The poor man looked close to beating his head against the wall. "Sheriff do you need me to work with Stiles? I might be able to help him focus?"
The poor man hugged me tightly and kept saying thank you before walking off. Nik just stood there laughing.
We went in to Coach and the man HUGGED Nik. Praising him for bringing us into his life. Talking about how the team has never been better. Oh and are grades are great.
We got out of the class and Nik took one look at my smile and said, "NOT a bloody word love." He then glared as I lost it laughing.
When we got outside though and were walking through the parking lot, my smile turned to a growl when I saw Chris' wife annoying Melissa as their kids showed up. Then the screams started and I saw the vehicle headed for Noah. I wasn't letting him get hurt. I left Nik and Damon and ran quickly with a bit of extra speed and wrapped my arms around him and spun him away from the vehicle. I did wince as it clipped my hip causing us to stumble and fall.
Damon,Nik and Stiles all reached us quickly. Then we heard Argent kill the mountain lion. Noah insisted I get checked out at the hospital. Melissa went with. Nik and Damon were no help as there were too many witnesses. Once they said I was fine the Sheriff lectured me saying I could have bend hurt worse. Then hugged me again.
Stiles though hugged me and wouldn't let go for like almost 10 mins, but I understood why. Noah was all he had left. Nik and Damon understood too, so they just smiled until Stiles did let go and smirked saying, "If you ever get tired of the old guys I'm here."
They both growled. I laughed and told him to run. Seeing their faces he did just that.
