Chapter 17: Norbert and the Forbidden Forrest

MIDWAY THROUGH YEAR

HOGWARTS
WYNTER'S POV:

Since Halloween the Golden Trio has formed. I roll my eyes thinking about it. Besides Slytherin house, everyone some how thinks it was them that defeated the bloody troll. Kol and the twins have been making their life hell. They are constantly pranking them. I have a feeling Dumblewhore will try to pull that last minute point giving at the feast. I won't allow it. I have something up my sleeve for that.
Harry is beyond my help at this point. I am sure he has been dosed with potions and compulsions. He and the other two believe every single damn word that comes out the old goats mouth. Hermione is a damn fool. She believes the bullshit about her being the brightest witch of her age. That would be Rebeccah, Hermione barely breaks the top ten for her year.

Anyway I know tonight is the night Norbert hatches. I have already contacted Charlie. He will be here in the morning for him. I have also informed Snape and ordered Slytherin to not be out of house. Yeah that's right Draco I'm talking about you. He has been a bit difficult thanks to his father and Hermione. I swear if I have to hear, 'Wait till my father hears about this', one more time I will spell his mouth away and make him talk out his ass. Just wait till I get ahold of Narcissa and we both deal with Lucius ass this summer.
Snape will catch them and I will deal with Hagrid in the morning. I will also go to the detention to aid Hagrid in preventing the Unicorn's death. I already had Snape make up my excuse. I need to walk through the Forrest for my research into nocturnal creatures.

Once we are done with classes we settle at the table for Dinner. All I can here is Draco mumbling about stupid mudbloods, stupid Potter, and stupid weasels. They idiot is sitting right across from me so I kick his leg under the table and glare at him. He quickly shuts up. When we are done we go back to the dorms. I am getting ready to head to my rooms, Nik and I had been finishing our homework together in the common room. Fred, George and Kol were all seated near us planning an epic prank for end of year.
Suddenly the door the common room opens and Snape is dragging Draco in by the ear. He walks over to me and lets him go once they stand before me.
"He is yours to discipline. He lost Slytherin 25 points because he was caught out after curfew, just to get those ...lions in trouble." Snape then does his cape twirl and leaves. I call for Elijah in my mind as I sit there glaring at Draco.
"Yes sister?" Elijah asks as he enters the common room.
"Summon the court and entirety of Slytherin house. We have someone in need of discipline." I stand and move to my throne. Nik, Fred and the others take their places quickly. Soon the whole house and court are gathered.

Once everyone is here and quiets down I say, "Draco Malfoy"

My cousin comes and stands before me. I continue to glare. I am not one who likes being ignored not do I take disrespect and betrayed lightly.

"You disobeyed a direct command from the court, from the Queen. Was it you intention to do so because you wish to challenge my rule?" I ask coldly.
He gulps and stands there looking down. "No cousin I only..."
I cut him off quickly. "I did not ask for a pathetic excuse. Your actions tonight have cost us 25 points, and my respect. I told all of this house to not leave the dorms near curfew, and yet you did. I had a plan to deal with the so called golden trio and you interfered." He gulps again knowing I'm pissed.
"Your actions have shown blatant disrespect and disloyalty to me and Slytherin court. What do you have to say for yourself?"

Draco looked up to me then and said, "I'm sorry cousin. I didn't think I would get in trouble. My father driller lessons into me all summer and I was trying to live up to.."

"You were trying to live up to your father's lessons, after everything your mother and my family have told you?" I interrupted anger in my voice.

He flinched at that and then started to back pedal a bit. "I...I mean I was just trying to be a proper pureblood by his standards and do right by Slytherin."
