Over the last few months things have been peaceful. Emmett and Rosalie accepted the mark and blessing and choose to move in with us. It was easier on them to learn their shifting control and work on their magic that way. Emmett ended up being a Werebear, a grizzly in fact, which had Rosalie and Jasper absolutely dying. Nik was a bit confused until I explained he became a vampire because Rose found him and took him to Carlisle after he was attacked by a bear. Rose on the other hand ended up a werecat, a cougar. Emmett's first joke on marrying a cougar was also his last when Rose got done with him. We also found out it was a VERY big mistake to leave Emmett, Kol and the twins alone. We are still getting glitter out of places it should never be and Kreacher has turned his passive aggressive hostility back on just for them. There is just some things house elves can't get rid of fully. Esme choose to wait until Carlisle was ready before getting her own mark and blessing. We built good relations with the changed Cullens and the pack and tribal elders. The relations with the others was still strained at best. It got to the point those who changed weren't really considered Cullens. In fact at one point the elders said they should take my last name instead. We didn't do that as of yet though as we didn't want to hurt Carlisle and Esme. During this time Luna became close with Emily. Thankfully the scars never happened for her and we convinced the council to take those that Luna and I had seen becoming a wolf and prepare them. They weren't brought into the pack fold yet. They lived their lives separate from it for now. Though this way they would be able to keep some of their friends and such and those stupid cult rumors never went around. I also made sure there was a significant fund set up that paid the tribal protectors, that way they didn't have to worry. I also made sure Emily used another fund for feeding them from. No reason she had to go broke doing so. I also called for one of my elves to come live with her and Sam. Soon it is April and spring break.
