Chapter 29: Final Task and Battle

WYNTER'S POV:

The last months have flown by. Madam Bones has assured me that everything is ready. I have trained hard with my courts aid. I am excited to have this day done. Soon we will leave here for the last time. Then we will take our NEWTS. We have a special session of the Wizgamot and then soon after it will be time to leave the UK. But first I have to face this final task.
I am at breakfast, when a Hufflepuff student comes to get me. The champions are supposed to get to see their families. I can't wait. I have Missed Papa and mama Bella. I go to the room but I don't see any of them I frown, maybe they are just late. I sit in a chair to wait when the door opens. I loose my smile real quick and take a blank pureblood look to my face. In walked Sirius. I have no clue why he was here. He never considered me family and I certainly didn't consider him.
"Why are you here?" I ask coldly.
"Simple to tell you that you will do everything in your power to insure Harry is the one who wins. I don't care if you have to give your life up for it or not , Harry wins and you get stealing his fame and glory. If you don't I will see you disowned from the Black family and thrown out without a cent to your name. I am Lord Black after all." He sneers looking at me.
I sit in absolute shock. The words he just uttered. My magic begins to invade the room dark and dangerously as I stand looking to him. The fury on my face plain to see, no one could deny it for anything else.
"How dare you!" I growl out low and coldly with venom in my tone. " How fucking dare you come in here and say any of that to me. I will do no such thing. I have already aided your precious Harry. I will not aid him anymore. You are nothing but a disgrace as a father. You haven't the right to ask let alone demand anything of me."
He looks taken aback like he didn't expect me to argue with him. As if he expected me to simply meekly give in to his demand.
"And as for your threat." My magic reacts pinning him to the nearby wall." You are not Lord Black and never will be. That was Regulus and he passed the title to me! I am Lady Black. I am the matriarch of the Black family. I alone have a say on who belongs to it and who doesn't. Not a disgrace like you." My magic drops him into a heap. "Leave me now before I strip you of your family magic and disown you fully!" I growled out.
He quickly left the room while I tried to get my power back under control. Soon my true family pile into the room they all felt my anger looking at me curiously. Nik and Fred quickly come to my side trying to calm me. I sigh and say the only thing they need know, "Sirius." They all nod and we spend time together, as we only have a few hours before the final task.

Soon it was time to head to the field for the final task. I had already activated my anklet, that Madam Bones gave me, and as we reached the field I removed my coat. The outfit Rebeccah had designed under my coat.
