Chapter 63: Dopplehell begins

MYSTIC FALLS
WYNTER'S POV:

It was time. Today was the first day of school. Today Stefan Salvatore made his appearance. I woke up and groaned rolling over. I hid under my pillow as Paul walked in from the shower and chuckled. "Come on kitten you got to get up we have school."
I growled and thought about throwing a fit for a minute then sighed and got up. I smirked as I reached Paul. I ran my hands from his bare chest down to his towel playing with it teasingly while giving him a passionate morning kiss. I then just walked away to the bathroom to shower. I heard Paul growl and yell "it's not nice to tease." Then I heard Nik chuckle."Oh she knows but you teased her first making her get up ."
I quickly got showered and dressed. We were all dressed and ready for our first day back.

Care had to point out how we looked hot. We all left for school. John had to drive Elena because we refused to play her games. Soon it was time for first period and we all had the same class. They liked to mix up the history class with different grades. I decided to take a few minutes. I went to the office before class to switch out the English class for Art as I had shown I had the "credits" for English. I knew Paul and care were saving me a seat. Plus they all wanted to see Stefan's face when I walked in. Taking my new schedule and the pass from the office I reached the class as Ric finished introducing himself. I gave him my pass and apologized for being late. I then turned to face the class. Smiling as I saw that they saved me a seat next to Stefano who was with Elena two ahead of me, Care in front of me and Paul behind. I walked by him and took my seat. His mouth had dropped open and he leaned back blinking as he looked between the two of us. With him still staring I introduced myself. "I'm Wynter Black-Mikaelson." He got a good look at my face and eyes. My eyes along with accent told him I was at least Not Katherine. He introduced himself as the others blew up my phone laughing and commenting.

We made it through the first day. After everyone had practice and did homework we met up at the grill. Nik came with this time so he could see his old friend. We were all at a couple of tables together when Stefano arrived sans Elena. Paul and Nik smirked. He came by the table and we invited him to join us. Quickly before he could blink I grabbed his hand and forced my magic to find the doppleganger allure and love spell and destroyed it. Then I leaned back into Nik and smiled. "All your's love." He leaned forward and looked into Stefan's eyes and said, " Now you remember"
Stefan blinked and looked at all of us with our grins. "What the hell just happened?" He asked.
I explained what I did and who we all are. Thank the gods for privacy spells. I explained about the doppleganger and Katherine's relation. When I was done he smiled at Nik and said "Good to see you again brother." Nick saluted him. Then it happened. He locked eyes with Caroline. We all stared laughing and grinning. Care blushed like crazy but smiled to him. Tyler traded seats with Stefan so the two truest mates could seat by one another. Stefan wrapped an arm around Care's shoulders she placed her hand on his thigh and cuddled into him.
We spent a good hour eating drinking and chatting. We told Stefan he was welcome to stay with us as it was the only truly safe house in the town. We all grinned when we saw Ric and Jenna chatting it up. She gave us a thumbs up behind his back. They soon joined us. Looks like it was a night for mates. Vicky tried flirting with the guys till Care scared her off.
Then trouble walked in trying to look all innocent. We rolled our eyes at how she just sat with us and flirted, while trying to keep up the Elena is a perfect innocent angel act. We got tired of it after a while and all left back to our house. Once there we explained everything to Ric. Of course he freaked for a hot minute but then calmed down. I explained about Isobel to him. He was hurt and upset but at least he had closure. He and Stefano took the mark and blessing. Both were wolves. Both were going to move in. Neither wanted to be away from their mates. Ric was going to get his stuff this weekend. Stefan went home to tell Zach and grab some stuff. Zach asked about the animal attacks and Stefan told him it wasn't him. Stefano then went to his room ....
