This is what Wynter and Mates floor looks like. (Or as close as possible till I draw it up.) This takes up entirety of third floor.

The rest of the Prime Wing Apartments. There are like 10 of them 5 to each of the first two floors.

Blocks A and B apartments. There are 30 each block. 10 each floor.
The fields are all planted and tended, and animals cared for by a small group of House elves already in place caring for the Prison.
Fences are made of stone, they are 5 feet thick on each side with covered walkways. Think Castle walls.
Surrounding woods are stocked with deer and wild boar for hunting.
Fresh water lake was dug and filled, inside prison walls for animals and crops. Pump house is connected to it and automatically keeps crops watered and animal water. This is kept filled through both Rain water and a magic reserve in Camelot it is connected to.
Fish pond was filled with a variety of fish.
Water pumps and all power is run off special magically enhanced solar panels. They don't just collect and store power from local sun but are also fed by special connected panels in Camelot.
Armory, Hospital and all supplies and dry, canned and cold food stocked with enough for 400 people for 50 yrs. All cold storage items kept cold through magic.
Garage has a fully stocked and functioning mechanic space. It also has stockpile of gas.
School is fully supplied. Library is stocked with books for all ages and variety. Perhaps larger and more books the Hogwarts library.
The prison has wards all around it preventing entrance except through the front gates. They are blood keyed for first entrance to Wynter only. After you must have a special key to open. No one with ill will, kill and or physical harm intent, towards this in the prison can enter.
