Primal placed us in our new home, the Primal Bunker, located near Washington DC. We had our key cards actually encoded into our hands. So all we had to do was wave them over the door panels. Primal made sure every one of the ones just joining us also had the Nightblood blood. Mine though bleed black with gold and silver ribbons like always. My mates and Carl's was black with gold and silver flecks. Jordan's was the only other one with special color. His had black with red and orange flecks like fire. Even the elves with us had black blood now. We explored our new home finding our rooms. Carl, 13 now, was given his own rooms next to ours. You would think he won the lotto. He like me would stop aging at 17, but would be 25 when we entered the sleep cycle. I actually hope he finds a worthy mate. We had 12 years to train and get ready. 12 years to make contact with Becca the first Commander. Apparently I am to tell her a tale to have passed down through the Commanders. One that when we are awoken will make them accept and listen to me easier. We also had 12 yrs for the others to learn Trigedasleng, the grounder language. At least we have the comforted knowledge that while in this realm no more then 2-3 years will pass on Camelot. At least I would not miss out on my other children's lives. They were growing and learning, soon they will be out of school and able to be apart of our Society.
2043 PRIMAL BUNKER WYNTER'S POV:
We worked very hard on the story for the commanders and flame keepers to pass down through the generations. It took a lot to agree on a name for me. I didn't think I needed one everyone else did. They decided on, Trikova Head Kwin, or the Shadow Commander Queen. When I said it was too much, Damon told me to embrace the theatrics. Nik of course agreed.
The legend and story goes. At least in Trigedasleng.

When it is time the shadow commander queen well come. He will bleed like a nightblood but will also bleed gold everyone silver. He will have powers everyone magic the other commander have do not. He is the one from lead us from paradise. Follow her command. Or face the primal rage and fire. For she can not die. She is eternal.
I decided to let them have their way.
We continued our training as usual. Nik said he had not seen someone show such beginner's talent with a sword in such a long time, Carl was fast becoming an expert swordsmen. Everyone trained with weapons. Narcissa arched a brow when told she needed to train then proceeded to out shot Daryl with a bow and arrow, and disarm Nik with the sword, and knock both Jordan and Derek on their asses with a staff. Paul was crying he was laughing so hard. She even out shot Rick and Jordan with pistol and rifle. They all left her alone after that. She huffed over it that as if a Black wouldn't know how to fight.
2045 YALE UNIVERSITY WYNTER'S POV:
We traveled to Yale university to meet with Becca Franco. The one who discovered night blood as it becomes called. The one responsible for ALIE.

We explained everything to her. We told her soon ALIE was going to try and destroy most of the human population. That Becca herself would become the first commander. We told her how many many years and commanders later ALIE would again want to destroy the earth. I told her that my family and I would be there. I showed her my blood. I told her I was born this way but Primal made the others so. I told her when Primal wakes my family and I our job was to save what we could of those left. The we would like blank ALIE 2.0 chips, installed in each of us. Ones that could not be touched without our code words that only we would know. We then asked her to tell Callie the legend we gave her a copy of it in both English and Trigedasleng. We told her to memorize it. She agreed to everything. She placed the chips in our necks. Making sure nothing could connect or control them but us. We thanked her and wished her safe journeys. Then we returned home.
2051 PRIMAL BUNKER THIRD POV:
It was time. Primal came and had us all retire to our rooms. Once there and comfortable, they put us all to sleep, sleeping beauty style. All of us, even the elves and animals. All the plants put into stasis. Then protection surrounding the bunker and gatehouse. Nothing would enter or harm it or us.
Now to sleep for 94 years. Meanwhile Becca Franco head to the Polaris Station in Orbit.
2052 Nuclear Apocalypse Year 1 on the Arc
2054 Becca has returned to Earth just before the other 12 stations of the Arc destroyed Polaris. Here she met Callie who would become the second Commander. She turns a bunch of defectors from the Second Dawn cult into Nightblood. She teaches them the Legend of the Shadow Commander Queen. The cult then burns Becca at the Stake. Callie retrieves the ALIE 2.0 from Becca. It would become know as the flame. It will pass from Commander to Commander, just as the legend and knowledge of Wynter would.
