Chapter 22

"I can't believe you stayed up all night doing your art project" I laughed as me and Sky entered the canteen.

"What else was I meant to do?" She yawned. We put down our lunch trays at our table and sat down.

"Is Marcus coming?" I asked opening my drink.

"I don't know" She moaned rubbing her eyes. I laughed witch made things worse I think. Five minutes went by and Marcus showed up with his lunch tray. He sat down next to Sky and put his arm around her.

"Tired?" He laughed.

"You two are not helping!" She moaned. Me and Marcus looked at each other and sent a smirk.

"So you and your boyfriend going to the party Friday?" Marcus asked changing the subject. I nodded

"Yes and his name is Talon" I laughed. I finished my lunch then stood up.

"I better go, I need to do some things i'll see you both in art" I said smiling.

"Okay see you later" Marcus said and I walked out the canteen and towards the lockers. I wanted to see Talon, I haven't seen him yet. When I got their I noticed two of Talon's friends standing at the water fountain. Charlie and Reece.

"Hey Danni" Charlie said turning his attention to me.

"Oh hey" I said opening my locker door.

"Talon was looking for you" Reece spoke.

"Oh where is he?" i asked putting some books into my locker.

"In the head teacher's office" Charlie smirked.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"Someone was making comments about him dating you so he punched some guy" Reece added.

"Well if you see him tell him I want to speak to him" I said and closed my looker door. I then swung my bag over my shoulder and walked away to art. The bell rang and Miss Turnl let us all in.

I sat next to Sky and Marcus sat on the same table but opposite Sky. We all chatted amongst ourselves, whilst miss was sorting paint pallets out.

"Okay class settle down" Miss spoke.

"Can you get out your projects please" She asked looking around to see if anyone hadn't done it. I pulled out mine and placed it on the table.

"Okay good, now today I would like you to start your new project on the outside world, if you remember I explained last lesson" She said.

"I will come round and give you a grade on your work so get on with your new project now please"

I went up and started to collect some art equipment. Miss stood the other side handing some things to us. As I picked up a pot of water I felt someone push me and all the water from the pot when over Miss.

"I..I" I couldn't speak.

Everyone was looking and laughing. I turned my head to see who it was that pushed me. Lexi! Why does she have a problem with me? What did I do to her?

"Everyone be quiet and get on with your work!" Miss shouted she was obviously angry. I got a new pot and started to walk towards the table.

"Not you Danni!" Miss pointed out.

"Sorry?" I said.

"A word please!" She moaned. I put down the equipment and went through to her office. She said something to the class then came in and closed the door.
