"I'm baaack" Alex shouted through the appartment and took off shoes and jacket before walking inside.

He saw his wife sitting on the couch, the Beatles were playing on his recordplayer and Heisenberg sat next to her.

Ruby put down the book she was reading when he put the bag from the grocery store on the table and looked down at her.

Alex gave her a kiss and gave the cat some stroking behind his ear.

"Thanks god you're here!!" she said and looked up to him "The pumpkin won't calm down! Your child is kicking like crazy! And whatever I try is useless, please do something, she always calms down when she hears your voice!" Ruby begged him so heartbreaking cute that Alex smiled wide and kissed her again on her soft lips.

Then he noded and slowely got on his knees in front of her while she kept on sitting on the couch. He had her babybumb directly in front of him and put both his hands at the sides under her belly button, and indeed he felt his princess kick against his hands as if she would already want to get out, even though they still had some weeks ahead.

The appartment was already looking like a playground by then, all of their friends and family have given them lots and lots of baby stuff.

Alex put the end of Ruby's sweater enough over her belly so her skin was bare for him and he could even see the small but heavy movements inside her. To him all about their small pumpkin was still a miracle and he could not imagine how the moment would be when he would first hold his child in his own arms, practically like he was doing now.

First he put a soft kiss under Ruby's bellybuton and stroke calming over her belly.

"Hey there small kung-fu fighter" he said to his child inside his wife's belly and continued to move his hands calming in big circles over her skin.

"Your Daddy is here" he continued felt another kick against his hands, but less strong than previously, Ruby was right, little Miss Turner always calmed down when he was talking to her.

"So you lil' lovebug...what can we do to relax you a bit? I always give your mommy massages when she needs to calm down...and you know, your mommy is the most beautiful and perfect person you will ever meet, so please be nice to her and stop testing your kung-fu skills as long as you're in her belly." Alex put anore soft kiss on her skin.

Ruby had a constant smile on her face. Alex would always only show his soft side to her like that. It showed her how much he loved her and she knew for a hundred percent that she could't wish for any better Dad for her pumpkin.

"You know...we all can't wait to finally have you" he continued talking to their unborn baby-girl

"We already decorated your room, it's nice and big and has everything you'll need, Also your 'uncle' Matt has hung up some Oasis, Beatles and Queen posters in it when he helped us to re-colour the walls. He said his 'niece' should grow up with great men around her. His girlfriend Breanna then put some pics of Stevie Nicks and other female music icons on your room's walls."

Ruby had to laugh when thinking of the day all that happened.

"And when you're older we can tell you all about the bets that have been going on about you, that was quite some fun. And you know I always imagine how one day you'll ask me 'Daddy, I want to hear the story about my name!"
