"You're insane! Alex you're fucking insane" she looked up from what she was holding and only found him grinning wide at her. "How? I mean where did you?"

"Last month when we've been to New York...well I made a little trip to this shop you've told me about"

"But...it...it's so expensive there! You can't-"

Alex raised his eyebrows "Who tells me Alex Turner can't buy his girlfriend something nice?"

 "But THIS!"

 "But you like it"

"Of course! I mean how couldn't I...it's perfect!"

"Then try it on!" he smiled and took the leatherjaket to help her into it. She gave him her biggest smile and bit her bottomlip as he stepped behind her with the jaket ready to be worn on it's new owner.

Alex kissed her softly behind her ear and turned her around by her shoulders, observing her.

"Darlin' it's made for you!" he said happy and she couls hear a certain tone of being proud because he bought the perfect thing for her, and walked her over to the next mirror.

Ruby looked at herself with an unbelieving expression and then turned to Alex

 "I look-"

"Hot as fuck, yes that's right hun" he finished her sentence and made her chuckle.

She turned back to the mirror and kept on looking at herself, he was right, together with the tight leathertrousers she owned, with the boots, on his bike, she would really look hot as fuck.

Alex saw how much she loved this jaket and even though he knew that she didn't like expensive gifts like that, he knew buying it was the right thing.

She had told him some weeks ago about this shop in New York where they sell those leather-motorbike stuff and that she'd love to have exactly one of those because they had this masculin look but still a feminine figure and had something classy.

she actually forgot about them herself and that Alex had remembered it was just too cute.

Ruby faced him again and gave him a long kiss and then put her arms around him, and put another kiss on his neck.

"I hate you" she whispered and laid her chin down on his shoulder, making him smile bright. It was her way of telling him that he did exactly the right thing and that she loved the jaket, even though it was too expensive in her eyes.

"Thank you Alex" she whispered and kept on hugging her man.

He stroke over her back and kissed her cheek

"You'll never gonna take this jaket off, right?"

"Never" she answered happy and felt him smile.

"You gonna beat me when I tell you I also got you some real gloves?"

He asked and made her laugh "How great that Alex Turner has no worries about money, hm"

He also laughed quietly and gave her another kiss "So what do you say about a trip to the sea?"

"I'd say why aren't you wearing leather yet" she smiled and hugged him again.

"I would...if you'd let me go" he smiled but she only hugged him tighter "Not in a thousand years!" she protested cute and simply kissed him again.
