                                                                                 WINTER'S POV

The article said it was around the 1920's. The homework that Mr. Webs gave out was something about how old people thought how the 2000's future was going to be like. After about 5 more minutes of the sheet he had finally finished. He packed his homework back in his backpack and flopped onto his mattress.

Winter sighed. He was still waiting after 2 hours for Icicle to come home. Of course he didn't want her to come, he was just expecting for Icicle to be home waiting to beat his a$$ up. It was around 7:00 PM since he'd been at the park. Maybe I'll just chill outside.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The wind blew gently onto the grass, the smell of outside air, and the sounds of shouts and objects shattering. His parents were fighting... Again. They fight nearly everyday, it annoyed Winter but he was used to it. They were always fighting about the family, jobs, money and other random stuff.
He remembered since he was around 5 he heard them having a fight about him. How he was useless even though he was only 5. They said he had no potential by the looks and act of it. After hearing that he was crying in his room on his pillow. He hated the memory.
" WHY DO YOU THINK I DON'T DO SH!T HELPING THIS FAMILY!?!? I MAKE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS EACH DAY AND YOU STILL SAY I DO NOTHING!!!"
" WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?! I AT LEAST-" Winter covered his ears, walking farther into the enormous yard. After a few minutes of hearing shouts and shattering, the sound had finally dimmed down. He was lying on his back on the yellow smooth slide. The same area he'd talk to his brother and his friends. It was a playground.
His parents bought it for the three of the siblings. Icicle, Winter, and Hailstorm would all play together as little kids. Some years later, Winter was 12 years old and Hailstorm was about 18. He'd meet his friends, they were nice and fun to him. Though he'd never expected them to actually do dangerous, mischievous crimes. He shook his thoughts and flashbacks quickly, staring at the dark sky.
It was a normal night, stars barely shining by light pollution, a brownish sky, and the moon glimmering slightly. The cicadas and crickets made their obnoxious noises, the sounds of the wind through his ears, and the dark nearly gulping him. He closed his eyelids, tired. Next week he could finally escape his parents, not coming back until later December for break.
He wished he could escape them forever. But of course it's always too good to be true since he'll still have to deal with his sister at school. I think I should go inside now. Before Winter could get up something cold and sharp laid onto his neck.
 " What the-"
" Shut your hole!" It was his sister.
" What do you want Icicle!?" Winter barked, staying still.
" WHAT DO I WANT!? YOU SHOULD THINK WHAT YOU DID!!!" Icicle snapped, deeping the knife to his neck.
" IF YOU WANT AN APOLOGY, SORRY! HAPPY?" Winter shouted, trying to get this done with.
" YOU B!TCH!" Icicle lunged onto Winter by his left, pinning him down.
" YOU F0CKING DUMBA$$ D-CKHEAD!!!!" Icicle started strangling by the neck. " LE- LET GO!" Winter pleased, kicking his legs.
" NOT UNTIL YOU TAP OUT!!" Icicle went deeper into her strangle causing Winter to cough. His legs still kicking desperately, his hands clinging onto Icicles forearms, his breath hitching. He didn't want to show his stupid weakness. But he had to before anything went any farther. Winter tapped out. He exhaled in and out huge amounts of breaths, trying to catch his breath. He rubbed his sore neck a bit traumatized by the event he had taken in. " Fe- feel be- better about- about you- your self- ff?" Winter questioned, his voice a bit hitched and raspy.
" Not really. Though you are lucky I didn't want to do anything physical this time." Icicle stated, already walking away. He rolled his eyes and followed his sister back to the enormous mansion. What does she mean by that? What am I talking about? It's just going to mean the same thing she always says.
        Now I should've stated this problem earlier but I didn't for some reason :P, so when I see my chapters in Readers POV I noticed when I write the POV for a character it's spaced out what I didn't mean to but I am using my PC for this so I'm not full sure what it looks like on Mobile and stuff like that but I'll check and fix the problem. Ik it's not much of a problem but eh.
                             Hoped you guys like my story so far still tho :D
