I nod and Steven opens the door.

"Didn't think they'd actually let your dumbass out." Fezco says.

I smile and we hug.

"Now I can fill you in on all of my problems." Fezco says.

I laugh and Fezco smiles. We get in the car and music starts to play.

"... don't want a lot for Christmas, there is just—" The radio plays.

"...one thing I need." Fezco hums.

I turn the radio off and Fezco stares at me.

I'm searching for a song tonight
I'm changing all of the stations

"Don't be hitting my switches! That's my jam right there." Fezco says hitting my hand.

"Do that shit again and they gonna put me in a jail cell." He says.

"Sorry, I'm just not in the mood for a love song or a Christmas song." I say.

"Oh, this is about Jule." Fezco says.

Jules kisses me and I smile.

Jules gasps and the bottle slips out of my hand.

But on that road, I took a fall

The man comes from behind the counter and Jules runs out.

A police officer walks in and the man points at me. I run past them and go outside. I look around for Jules and I sigh.
