Today is finally the day that I'm going to say yes to the love of my life. Even though I know today will be perfect, I'm still nervous as hell. Yelena and I have been stronger since she proposed and we have been together all the time when I come home from work. I'm so happy Beca recovered from Chicago and Wyatt stabbing her, because I wouldn't want to get married without her.
Speaking of Beca, I'm so nervous about what I'm about to ask her. I have texted her to meet me here, so I can ask her if she wants to give me away. I know a father is supposed to do that but since my father left me and my mom when I was very young, I'm not comfortable asking him to give me away. Beca is the closest to a father figure that I have and I mean that in a positive way.
I'm crossing the room in my beautiful wedding dress that Chloe helped me find. It was like an episode of 'Say yes to the dress', my mom, Chloe, Aubrey and Flo were sitting on a couch in the store, watching me in different wedding gowns. They helped me pick this dress and since Yelena and I decided to have the wedding in the park, I'm wearing a floral wreath on my head.
I look down at the fumbled paper in my hand. My vow, but I'm not sure if it's good enough. I mean, I have practiced this vow a million times, but I don't think it's great. Why is it so difficult to make the perfect vow? Did Yelena have as much trouble writing her vow as I did? I'm not really interested in her vow, more in her dress. I bet she looks gorgeous, she looks sexy in everything, though.
A knock interrupts my rambling thoughts and in comes Beca, with Justin holding her hand. Beca eyes me up and down and whistles.
,,You look beautiful and super sexy, Em." Beca says and I laugh now.
,,Don't let Chloe hear you or she will get jealous again." Beca shrugs her shoulders.
,,Hey, I'm just telling the truth. Chloe should be able to handle that." Beca comes closer now, with a necklace box in her hand. ,,I see you already have something old," She points to my mothers bracelet. ,,and something new." Now she points to the engagement ring with a wink. ,,So, Chloe and I would like to give you something blue." She opens the box and I see a necklace with a blue pendant from Swarovski.

My mouth literally opens and I look at Beca.
,,I can't accept this. I mean, this is way too expensive. It's from Swarovski, Beca."
,,So? I won't take no for an answer and neither does Chloe."
,,Wasn't that necklace you gave me for my birthday enough? I love that white gold pearl necklace."
,,Good to know Chloe and I have good taste in presents." Now she looks around. ,,Where is your mom? Isn't she supposed to be giving you away?" Now I get nervous again. Will she say yes? I mean, it's a big deal. I play with my hands, something I always do when I'm very nervous. Beca grabs my hands. ,,Hey, everything will be okay. Yelena is standing at the end of the aisle, ready to marry you. Everyone can see how much she loves you, you have nothing to worry about. You're a catch and the sooner you're going to believe that, the better."
