Ryder's Point Of View...

"Really Mom?" I questioned angry. "Oh now don't start this with me. You know I am just trying to help." She said with a pout. "Talking down to my girlfriend isn't helping at all." I got up from the table and walked up stairs.

I headed inside mine and Alex's room to see her sitting criss cross with little Shawn in between her legs. She was spoon feeding him his baby food and I leaned against the door frame watching the two.

Alex sat there giggling making train noises at Shawn while he scrunched his nose up shaking his head. "Dammit Shawn." She mumbled in anger.

"Careful there, wouldn't want the little one's first words to be dammit." I joked. Alex looked up at me with an angry expression. "Piss off, Ryder." I raised my hands up in the air in defense.

"I'm only kidding." Alex sighed looking up at me. "I'm not a bad mother am I?" I rolled my eyes. "Don't let me mom's words get to you." "No I'm serious Ryder. Be honest with me am I a bad mom?" I closed my eyes. "Baby you're nothing near bad. Sure you're not the best but it doesn't mean that you're the worst."

"I just... I don't know. Your mom's pointing out things and it's making me open my eyes and it's just like, holy freaking crap I am bad." "Yeah but you have to realize you're a mother to your first born infant. You have zero experience with children and to be quite honest in my opinion I think you're doing a pretty damn good job."

"You're supposed to say that, you're his father and my boyfriend." "Yeah but I don't have to tell you how proud I am of you." I said leaning in and pecking her lips.

"And why would you be proud?" "For sticking up for yourself. Not even my dad can stick up to that woman." She laughed shaking her head. "It's understandable. Your mom is a bitch." "And you're a bitch too." "Yeah but I'm not that big of bitch." I laughed out loud nodding my head. "Maybe that's why I like you so much." "What?" "Your bitchiness, I've grown up with it my whole life and I found someone who some what resembles my mother."

"Um thank you?" She questioned. I laughed out loud and brought her closer to me. "So why do you like me so much?" She shrugged, "you're just you." "And what's me?" "You're an asshole who's ego is higher than his grade point average, but, you're sweet and smart sometimes." I laughed nodding my head. "I am pretty cocky huh?" "Oh my gosh very. Just because you made varsity sophomore year does not make you the shit." "Did you know they were trying to put me on varsity when I was a freshman? I just turned it down and went on Junior varsity." "Oh you're such a badass." I shrugged, "that's my name don't wear it out."

"Do you think Shawn will be into sports." "I don't think, I know." I said raising him into my arms. "Wow now you're getting cocky for our baby." I chuckled looking down at him. "What can I say? I can see his future."

"Oh and what's that?" "Getting all the babes, having a big di-" "Alright, alright, I change my mind I don't want to hear the rest." I laughed kissing Shawn's little forehead. "I mean it's bound to happen. "I mean I was blessed and all and I'm sure my father-" "Ew Ryder just shut the fuck up."

I laughed out loud once more but simmered down hearing Shawn's whimpers. "Hey little guy what's the fuss about?" I cooed. "He's trying to tell you he doesn't want to hear about your penis or his grandpas." She said snatching him back into her arms.

I shrugged, "I mean I was blessed with the big dick and you were blessed with the big titts." "My boobs aren't that big." "They're like a D they're big for me." She stared at me with her mouth open. "Ryder Scott quit with that talk we have little ears in the room.

"Oops."

We both heard a knock at the door and saw both my parents standing outside. "Are we able to come in?" My mom asked. "I don't know, are you here to complain more?" I questioned trying to sound intimidating.

My dad scoffed, "even if we were here for that it wouldn't matter because this is our house." I rolled my eyes. "Alright well what do you want." "Your father and I would like to apologize for earlier."

"You're forgiven, you can leave now." "Ryder." Alex said swatting my shoulder. My mom looked slightly irritated and looked over towards Alex.

"Sweetie I didn't mean anything what I said earlier." "It's fine really." "No it's not. It was uncalled for completely." "Jill it's fine, really." My dad looked over at us and raised an eye brow. "So are we forgiven?" "I suppose." I answered. "Yes, and thank you for letting us stay." Alex said kissing ass.

I rolled my eyes, I need to hurry up and save for an apartment. I know I'm only eighteen but I mean I already have a son, and Alex and I cannot be here if this is what we are going to be dealing with.

"Yeah you're forgiven now can you give us some time alone." I said. "Yes of course, do you want us to take Shawn?" "No my family and I are fine."
