Summary: Tom has been away for months and your heart beats faster just hearing him calling you whilst you're upstairs. Although after welcoming him home you drag him upstairs where he realises it's Valentine's Day from your decorations. You soon undress both of you before taking a bath together among the rose petals. You bathe him with such love and care that he starts to fall asleep in your arms.

------------------------------

You turned the tap off just as you heard Tom's key in the lock turn. He's been away for months and this is the first time he's even set foot in the house since he left, and just the mere sounds of Tom dropping his suitcase off by the front door, and him sighing with relief after entering the warmth caused your heart to beat faster. You've missed him so much.

"Darling?!" Tom's familiar voice called. "Y/N?!"

You rush out of them bathroom and down the stairs, seeing Tom peeking his head around the living room door, his body slightly stooped as he was checking to see if you were in there. But once he turned around, now facing you, a smile lit up on his beautiful face. You couldn't help yourself, not wasting another second, you jump up and into his arms. Wrapping both of your arms and legs around him, as he held you up with his hands firmly gripping your backside, your lips crashing against his. The kiss almost felt like it was your last.

"Welcome home, my love!" You say a little breathlessly when your lips parted.

"It's good to be home." He replies, as he leans his forehead against yours, while his eyes never leave yours and then he slowly lowered you down to your feet. "I have a present for you, by the way!" He says after a beat, and as he was just about to grab it out of his suitcase, but you stop him by pulling on his arm.

"Later...I have something for you upstairs." You tug on his arm to get him to move with you, not that you had to convince him any further to join you upstairs, he was very willing.

"Oh, can't wait any longer for my love stick, hum?" Tom said suggestively. You roll your eyes and shake your head simultaneously, yet you couldn't keep the smile off your lips for long though.

Once you start pulling Tom towards the bathroom he's hit by the scent of lavender and burning of candles. When he sees all the effort you put into decorating the bathroom with rose petals and candles he realised that it was Valentine's Day. He always got you gifts when he was away, so it didn't really count, but he just forgot what the date actually was. Despite it being literally the week after his birthday, which sadly he couldn't celebrate with you.

Although you didn't give him long to really take it all in as you began to slowly undress him. However as he tried to undress you too you just slapped his hands away, and you gave him a cheeky smile, which caused him to chuckle and he left you to it. After you undressed him and then yourself you kissed him again, but more tenderly than the last, before you got into the bath first.

"Just relax." You said seductively and then you spread your legs wide.

Without another word Tom got into the bath and sat comfortably between your legs. His head resting back, using your breasts as a cushion, while he draped his arms over the sides of the bath and stretched out his legs. The water was delightful on his still cold skin from the harsh cold February weather. He soaked it all in whilst your hands were tending to him, bathing him, and tenderly showing your love for him with a peppering of kisses here and there. Actually after a while Tom was falling asleep, his long flight back home taking its toll, along with the attentiveness and warmth was sending him to dreamland.

"Happy Valentine's Day, my love." You whispered.

All you hear is a hum that rumbles at the back of Tom's throat as he's slowly drifting off in your arms.
