Luan's alarm went off promptly at 9 am and he had to wriggle Thoma's arms off him to silence it. Even though he'd set the alarm two hours after he normally got up, he felt tired as shit and his whole body ached. The culprit lay to his side, naked and hugging him in his sleep, but his unruly curls and sleeping face made it impossible for Luan to stay mad at him.

They'd had sex on and off all day, intermixed with a food run (which took substantially longer because everyone stopped to talked to Thoma and Luan had to translate) followed by some movies and more sex. They'd both passed out from exhaustion relatively early but getting up felt impossible this morning.

Thoma groaned in annoyance with a barely audible, "Can't you just call in sick today?" as Luan scooted out of bed, but he was satiated with a kiss.

"I'll be back by 2-3, so be good till I get back," Luan said and he heard a soft, "mmmm," from the bed. Luan spared one last glance towards Thoma before leaving, but he regretted it. The soft light from the window bounced off Thoma's curls and made the bed all too inviting to crawl back into. But Luan was already late and so he biked to the restaurant and made it 30 minutes before they were set to open their doors to morning regulars.

After rushing through his tasks and getting through the few morning people, Luan checked his phone to make sure Thoma was okay. He frowned when there was nothing but a few texts from his sisters' and one from his mother. He got permission from the cook to call his family and he asked both of his sisters' to cover the shift today. He should have arranged Thoma's arrival better along with his schedule, but everything had happened so fast that he felt completely discombobulated. Both his sisters' agreed (Jona breathed a sigh of relief to get away from their nagging father) and Luan waited till they arrived before heading out with some food for both Thoma and himself.

His sister Jona raised an eyebrow at the portions he grabbed. "Bit hungry today aren't we?" she asked with a knowing look and Luan decided not to beat around the bush.

"My boyfriend flew in yesterday morning. I'm bringing him some lunch." Luan said simply and she smiled and motioned him closer to whisper, "Bring him in for dinner tonight as well. The meals on us and both Hana and I want to meet him so badly."

Luan guessed that Thoma would be all for the idea if wasn't too exhausted so he nodded. "I'll let you know what he says, but regardless, I want you guys to meet him." With a wave he hurried back the hotel.

On his way to the room Luan was stopped by a hotel staff. "Greetings sir, we hope you have enjoyed your stay." She said with a smile but Luan figured there was more behind her greeting.

"I have, thank you ma'am." He said with a pleasant smile and tried to walk past her.

"We have another single room available for your friend. If he would like to return to the counter for his key..." she said but Luan knew they were too uncomfortable to address the situation so Luan said straight faced, "My lover has traveled for over 16 hours to see me and I'm sure he's hungry. So if you'll excuse me," he finished with a bow and walked past her.

The attendant simply cleared her throat in embarrassment and returned behind the desk. Luan felt bad for being so curt but he didn't want anyone belittling what he had with Thoma, or to treat Thoma unfairly at all.

He opened the door quietly and set the food down at the counter. He wasn't surprised to see Thoma still asleep but he knew he'd have to wake him up in order for him to get used to the time difference and a regular sleeping schedule.

"Hey handsome," Luan said and shook Thoma lightly but he only stirred and turned away from him. "Ugh, c'mon sleepyhead. I worked so hard this morning to bring you back some lunch." Luan continued.
