After the incident with Jeff, the couple both wanted to relax and enjoy one another's company—especially since it was their first night together since she moved in. They started out watching a movie in bed, but Colby's hands started roaming towards the areas that made Rebecca melt, so they turned the movie off and tore each others clothes off.

Of course, they didn't fall asleep until that next morning, which meant when Rebecca opened up her eyes, she was tangled in the bed sheets with Colby pressed up behind her. She smiled, and turned around to bury herself underneath his neck, resting her face on his chest.

The two stayed like that for a few minutes, but then Rebecca started to feel uneasy. She rolled back on her back and placed a hand to her forehead. After a few moments, she was forced to jump up and go to the bathroom. She held her stomach with her other hand and bent down over the toilet to empty out her stomach.

Colby rolled over and realized Rebecca wasn't in bed. He rubbed his eyes and looked around, but then he froze when her heard her in the bathroom. He got out of bed and walked into the bathroom cautiously. "Hey, Becks..." He whispered bending down and pulling her hair back.

He kept her hair pulled back and with the other hand, he rubbed it up and down her back comforting her. Rebecca groaned and pulled back, wiping her mouth with a towel. "Sorry."

Colby shook his head as he tied her hair into a low pony tail. "It's ok." He said with a smile. "I figured it would happen sooner or later...especially since you're in the first trimester."

Rebecca lazily nodded. "I've not thrown up since I was like 15...". She then squinted her eyes. "Weird feeling..."

Colby chuckled as she flushed the toilet. "Are you okay? Do you need me to get you anything?"

Rebecca shook her head. "I'm just...nauseous. I'm gonna lay back down."

Colby nodded and moved his hands underneath her to lift her up. "I can walk, you know."

Colby smiled at her as he carried her into the bedroom. "Oh I know. I just wanted to fly you through the air."

Rebecca laughed as he set her down in the bed. She grabbed his pillow and held it against her stomach as she watched him move the blankets around her. "I'm going to get you a sprite so you don't get dehydrated. Do you want anything to eat?"

Rebecca thought about it for a moment. "Can i have a pickle? I really want a pickle right now."

Colby chuckled and nodded. "Yes I will get you a pickle."

Colby walked into the kitchen and grabbed her a bottle of sprite from the fridge. He then grabbed the pickle jar and laid it on the counter so that he could get her one out. He opened up the jar and was about to dip his hand in to grab one, but their apartment doorbell rang.

He sighed and removed his hand from the jar to wipe it off, then walked to the door to look through the peep hole. He saw the black t-shirt of someone he didn't plan on seeing that day.

He opened up the door and was met by the smirking man in front of him. "Hey, man." Joseph said putting his hand out to shake Colby's shoulder.

Colby smiled and motioned for him to come in. "Hey Joe." He then pulled his friend in for a hug. "How are you, man?"

Joseph smiled as he pulled back. "I'm doing okay I just wanted to stop by and check on you guys."

Colby then moved to the kitchen to get Rebecca's pickle. "Well she moved in yesterday, and we worked together on getting everything moved in." He then shook his head. "And you know that Jeff guy? He came back drunk and crashed at our door. He annoyed Rebecca half to death and then I came home and took care of him."

Joseph furrowed his eyebrows. "Why did he crash here? His apartment is legit around the other side."

Colby pulled out the pickle and placed it in a bowl. "Yeah I know. I'm pretty sure he was trying to flirt with Becks so he just stayed out there. I don't even know how he knew she lived here..."

Joseph shook his head. "He's a douche man. I wouldn't trust him around her."

Colby sighed. "I don't." He then pointed towards the sprite. "Wanna take this in here to Becks? She's not feeling good."

Joseph nodded. "Of course. Morning sickness?" Colby nodded. "I know all about that."

Colby quietly knocked on the door and pushed it opened. "Hey babe. I've got your stuff, and someone came to say hi."

Rebecca rubbed on Augusts head—who was curled up beside of her. "Hi Joe!"

Joseph walked in and set her sprite on the nightstand while Colby handed her the bowl. "Hey, Becks. You feeling alright?"

Rebecca took the bowl from Colby and mouthed a thank you to him. "I'm just nauseous. And I'm craving a pickle." She chuckled.

Colby smiled as he watched her bite into the pickle happily. He then sat down on the bed in front of her, feeling a sense of pride and happiness in him from their presence.
