"Well shit." Winter muttered before taking her shot.

Alyssa had many instances of cognitive dissonance in her life and this was one of them. She knew she could be doing a number of things. She should be doing a number of things like beating this bitch with a bat, but for the life of her she couldn't move or speak.

She knew the kiss was forced and definitely one sided, but it didn't stop the pang of hurt that another's lips were on her man. Alyssa didn't like feeling blindsided and that's exactly what she was because it was obvious to her that though forced, the kiss seemed familiar.

Matvei pulled himself back before grabbing the wrists of the blonde and squeezing. Hard. "Ouch, Matvei! You're hurting my wrists." Winter snickered. "That's not the only thing that's about to be hurting, wench."

"What are you doing here, Julia?" Matvei seethed. His mind was going through mental gymnastics at how Julia Jousset was standing in front of him and his family. He hadn't seen her in years and now all of a sudden she was waltzing in like she owned the place and him.

"I told you already, silly. I've missed you. It's been far too long and I needed my M&M fix. Now can you please unhand me. This really hurts." She pouted, earning a scoff and shove in response. "Why are you really here, Julia?" It was Keisha's turn to inquire.

Keisha never liked Julia. She was the poster child of spoiled and entitled, but Keisha understood Julia's role in relation to the Melnik men and kept her mouth shut. As Keisha looked at a shell shocked Alyssa, she worried that Julia's presence would do what it always did: wreak havoc.

"I see you kept your passion project around, Arseny. Good for you, I guess. It's always nice to be charitable and help those in need." Alyssa cocked her head to the side. She didn't like this woman at all, but the way Julia looked at Keisha or Winter for that matter set her skin ablaze in the wrong way.

They say you can't tell a racist in the wild just by looking at them and that might be true, but Alyssa could tell that Julia was one and she was waving her racist banner high and happily. Alyssa watched as Julie looked around the room before landing her green eyes on her.

"Who is this?" Julia said with a sarcastic smile. "She is my girlfriend and none of your fucking business!" Matvei snapped with anger. "Now answer the question, Julia. Why the fuck are you here?"

Julia looked between Alyssa and Matvei before cackling. Loudly. "Girlfriend? Since when?" Winter sucked her teeth. "You evade questions better than a politician. Answer the man, fool. No one wants you here so get to your purpose of being here and beat feet." Julia glared at her.

"Oh Winter, still hiding behind your tough girl exterior and humorless wit. It's a wonder these men haven't shaken you yet." Julie smiled. "I guess when you're raised like you were it's easy to mooch and latch yourself to relevant people in hopes of reciprocated affection."

"Bitch, I'll fu-" Vlad held Winter close. "She's not worth it." He whispered in her ear as she shook with anger. "Now, back to you." Julia turned her gaze back to Alyssa. "The only girlfriend Matvei has ever had and will ever have is me."

"It's cute that you thought you had something with him, but that's over. You helped him cross off some jungle fever fetish I'm sure was on his list of to-dos so kudos, but he's mine and always will be." Julia said before making a move towards Alyssa. Mikhail stopped her in her tracks.

Julia took in Mikhail's expression and was shocked. She let out a surprised chuckle as she looked to Matvei and then Mikhail. "Both of them, huh? Good for you." She smiled before looking Alyssa up and down.

Her gaze would have been unnerving for most, but it just seemed to anger Alyssa to no end. There was something dark growing inside of her with every passing second and Alyssa knew that meant nothing good for anyone present.
