"Babe, you're pacing," Matvei called out from the couch. Mikhail chuckled from where he stood as he looked at the equally anxious duo. Mikhail understood why Alyssa was nervous. She was meeting major pieces to her familial puzzle.

"Lyssa, you have nothing to worry about. They are your family just like Eric and the rest are your family. You're going to be fine and in a few hours you're going to look back and laugh." Alyssa served him an uncertain glare and then continued to pace.

"I don't like this." Matvei grumbled. "Oh piss off! You don't like anything." Mikhail scoffed causing Alyssa to giggle. They looked at her with smiles that let her know she'd be okay. Alyssa's gaze lingered on Matvei and Mikhail, the two pillars of strength in her life, as a sense of tranquility washed over her.

Matvei, with his ever aggressive demeanor and unwavering protection, gave her a smile that showcased his fear for her and also his pride. His smiled seemed to radiate a quiet strength. His anxious grumbles and fidgeting hands had a surprisingly calm effect, creating a haven in the storm of emotions that currently engulfed her.

Then there was her source of stability that she had come to heavily rely on. Mikhail exuded a different but equally essential kind of support. His warm and gentle nature complemented Matvei's rashness. Alyssa found solace in his tender, reliable presence, knowing that he was there to shield her from her mental uncertainties. His love was a rock, and she felt secure with him. As she smiled at his smile, Alyssa knew she'd always be safe with him.

As she observed them, Alyssa couldn't help but marvel at the unique qualities each brought into her life. Matvei and Mikhail, distinct in their imperfections, seamlessly blended to create a perfect harmony. Their love, though not flawless, was a masterpiece painted with hues of understanding, acceptance, and shared moments.

The impending arrival of her paternal relatives might have stirred anxiety within her, but Alyssa found comfort in the unwavering support of these two remarkable men. She felt a surge of gratitude for the love that bound them together, a love that was a refuge in the face of life's uncertainties.

As the minutes ticked away, Alyssa clung to the serenity that enveloped her, drawing strength from the knowledge that, regardless of what the next hour held, she was embraced by the love of Matvei and Mikhail—two imperfect, yet perfectly fitting pieces that completed the intricate puzzle of her heart.

"You sure about this?" Matvei asked earning a nod from her. He hummed a response before standing. "I don't know why you want to do this alone when you have us." Alyssa smiled at him and pulled him close. "My gut told me to meet my maternal side solo and I have that same feeling about my paternal side. More so, actually."

Matvei pouted earning a laugh from him. She kissed his lips before smacking his ass. "ALY!" Matvei chided earning a cackle in response. "Be careful, okay? If at any time you feel scared or unsafe, run." Alyssa rolled her eyes. "Yes, Daddy." Matvei's eyes darkened.

"Aht! Aht! She doesn't have time for that shit. You're always trying to get your dick wet!" Alyssa made a face. "You've been around Eric too much." Mikhail laughed before pulling Alyssa into his arms. "You're going to do great." He said with a kiss. "They're going to love you." Another kiss. "Everyone who knows you is blessed by your existence. Let them experience that." Alyssa smiled up at him before wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him deeply.

"I love you, Mik." Alyssa looked at Matvei. "I know this is hard for you but thank you for supporting me, Babushka." Matvei sighed and shook his head. "How many times do I have to tell you that means Grandma?" Alyssa shrugged her shoulders with a smirk. "I don't care I love the way it sounds. Now squeeze my ass and kiss me, Babushka."  Mikhail shook his head at them.
