~ Seungkwan's POV ~I loved filming Going Seventeen. The producers always had such great ideas, and it was fun playing silly little games with my silly friends.
Today, we were doing to compete on an inflatable adventure course. We already made a very similar episode, but it was such a fan favorite, that the producers decided to do a part two. This time, we were going to compete as individuals, not as teams. We had to compete with the other members, and the fastest won, obviously.
On the way to the gymnasium, where the filming took place, some of us listened to music, others took a quick nap, I chose to play phone games with Vernon and Mingyu. I lost, almost every time, but I didn't let that bother me – I looked forward to the fun activities.
When we arrived, we quickly changed, and began filming the intro. This time, Wonwoo got to be the MC, as he had a small injury in his foot, and wasn't able to compete with us.
As he was explaining the rules to the camera, I looked at the course. It was much longer, than the previous one, and looked way more challenging as well. Jeonghan pointed out a particularly scary part – after climbing up a high, steep part, you had to jump down. Usually, there would be a slide after a higher part, but not this time. I laughed with him, and we began placing bets on who would be the funniest, while falling down. I voted on Hoshi, while he said Woozi.
After finishing the intro, we were told to play rock-paper-scissors to determine the order, in which we would complete the course. I placed 5th, so I was able to see a few members run through it. I wasn't going to show it, but I was worried about the falling part.
The first to go was Dino, who basically speedran the course. He finished in 2 minutes, which considering the length of the track, was really impressive. He fell a couple of times, which we found very funny. After he finished, we all bombarded him with questions.
- How was it? Which is the hardest part? Did it hurt, when you jumped from that part? – I asked the last one, of course.
- Honestly, it's really fun, but tiring too. The hardest part was climbing that steep part, but the jump down, that was my favorite. Although it hurt a bit, but not that much.
As he sat down, and took a sip of water, I considered asking the directors if it was really such a great idea to let us fall almost 3 meters, but ultimately, I decided not to ruin the fun. I resorted to just watching, and hoping that none of us would get hurt.
~ Woozi's POV ~
As I watched Dino go through the various challenges, I felt more and more excited to try the course. It was much bigger than the last one, and looked just as much more intense. The youngest finally finished, and as he made his way towards us, many of us started interrogating him about his experience. Turns out, it's just as hard to complete as it looks, but it's also fun, and thrilling.
- So, Woozi, do you think you can beat my 2 minutes? – Asked Dino.
- What kind of question is that? Of course, I can. Just sit down, and watch the master. – My response provoked loud laughs from the members, they all knew, I couldn't be as fast as the maknae. But hey, we weren't here to be serious, but to be fun and entertaining.
- Ready, set, go! – And I started running.
The first part was relatively easy, I just had to crawl under a few bars, and jump over a few bars too. Then, I had to climb a wall, and things got harder. As I reached the top, I started running out of breath, but pulled myself together, as I was barely getting started.
