“This is not a good thing but I don’t care anymore.”

“Don’t worry, it’s just a little secret,” Beomgyu jokes that made the both laughs.

“Little secrets turn into bigger lies,” Taehyun commented and looked intently to Beomgyu. “That can hurt someone… I know that fact but here I am doing such thing,” he stated.

Beomgyu pulled him for a hug and kisses his forehead. “This is just temporary,” Beomgyu stated.

“What do you mean?” Taehyun confusedly asks and looked up at Beomgyu. “What are you talking about?”

“Taehyun… you’re going to break up with Hueningkai, right?” the older suddenly asks.

“W-well… that I-I… I don’t know yet,” he stutters. “L-let’s just talk about it some other time,” Taehyun avoids the question.

Beomgyu nods, “Okay then,” he replied. “Oh, there’s our dinner,” Beomgyu said and they both look at someone who’s bringing some food to them.

“We should have just cook,” Taehyun suggested.

“It’s just for now, we’re both tired. Oh, do you wanna play with the water? Let’s go! Let’s go!” Beomgyu suddenly drags him out of the house.

“Oh! Wait! Beomgyu!” Taehyun couldn’t protest anymore and just run with Beomgyu towards the shore.

The two started playing with water, goofing around, having the best moments of their lives through splashing water at each other and playing tag in the water.

As if they are birds that have been caged for so long and finally got the freedom that they deserve and decided to spread their wings, playing with the wind.

“Wow,” Taehyun breathes out while breathing heavily due to loss of energy and decided to lie on the sand. “I’m beat up.”

Beomgyu walks towards him and takes a seat. “It’s the sunset,” he stated and Taehyun gets up to see it.

“What a beautiful ending,” Taehyun commented.

“It really is…” Beomgyu agreed that made Taehyun look at him and their eyes meet. “Why are you so beautiful, Kang Taehyun?”

Taehyun’s eyes widen and he looks away, biting his lower lip as he feels shy by the sudden compliment. “S-stop,” he reacted and plays with the sand. “Don’t you know how I miss those,” he whispered.

“Then I should start saying how much beautiful you are every day to make up with those days I haven’t complimented you,” Beomgyu stated.

Taehyun pauses from what he’s doing and gaze at Beomgyu. “Beomgyu… Why do you still love me after everything that I’ve done?” he suddenly asks.

“I guess true love never dies,” Beomgyu answered and looked at what’s in front of him. “Maybe I just fell really hard and deep. I don’t know? I don’t really know,” he added.

“I…” Taehyun pauses. “I didn’t know that I still love you… I just realized that I was denying it. You’re always in my dream, I think of you in every little achievement I made, I always buy a cupcake during your birthday without Kai knowing it, I… I always think of you. I thought it’s just because of guilt? But I didn’t know I was already cheating,” he stated.
