Days after Taehyun and Beomgyu's last conversation...

"Someone delivered all your things in here, should I put them all back in here?"

Taehyun who's been staring at the ceiling for the whole hour now while hugging a pillow on the bed didn't even bothered to look at his ex-lover.

"Taehyun..." Hueningkai called him.

"Leave it there... I'm going home," Taehyun answered almost whispering.

"Okay," Hueningkai replied and went to get some clothes.

"Are you going somewhere? Ah work, right—"

Hueningkai cuts him off, "I'm going to take you there. I should say sorry to your mom. I can't just send you in there in that state," he answered and looked back to Taehyun and gives him a small smile.

Taehyun smiles as well for a second, "T-thank you..."

Hueningkai helped Taehyun prepare and they both got train tickets going to Taehyun's province. It's not the same place where he meets Beomgyu, they transferred after selling their house and everything for his dad's medications and daily checkups.

They are seated on the train that will run for complete two hours. Taehyun's utterly quiet and Hueningkai didn't bother him. Kai knows Taehyun loves siting near the window so he gladly exchanges their seats right away.

"My mom's probably going to scold us..." Taehyun muttered while looking through the window, seeing the fast establishments passed by his eyes.

"Mostly," Kai agreed. "Does she know about... him? Did they know?" Hueningkai asked referring to Beomgyu and him cheating, obviously avoiding mentioning the other's name.

Taehyun shook his head in little. "No, only my sister," he answered. "She'll give me an earful, for sure," he chuckles a bit and sighs then looked at Hueningkai's that beside him. "You don't really need to take me in there," he said.

"My conscience won't allow me," Kai replied and smiles a bit. "I told you, I need to talk to your mom," he added.

"How about your work? You're absent until tomorrow," Taehyun asks.

"Work doesn't matter all the time," he replied and looked away. "You matters all the time..." he whispered.

Taehyun frowns a bit, unsure of what he heard. "What did you said?" he asks.

Hueningkai laughs off, "Nothing. Don't worry about it, it's my work anyways."

Taehyun nods, "I'm curious about your sisters, are they doing fine?" he asks.

"Yeah," he nods. "Hiyyih got casted for a show, I don't really know about that. Lea started working as well and moved out together with her husband," he answered.

"Your parents?"

"Good? They are planning to start a business again—"

"With your money?" Taehyun cut him off while frowning.

"Yeah, they got a help from someone and such. They wanted to have something to do as well so that's it," Kai replied. "Why? Are you that concern?"
